I think this is a very good product but
It is smaller than you might think, so unless you are using it to kick with your face in the water, I don't think it is what you want.

Not your average kickboard - It's Small By Design
Once you understand the design of this kickboard it is outstanding. This is not just a kids or small adult kickboard. This kickboard has been designed to hold your hands out front in a swimming position while working out our core and legs. I swim 3+ times a week in Master Swimming, I'm 5'10" and I am over 230 lbs, and have fallen in love with this kickboard. The hand holds make it easy to do flip turns. The size gives a great workout to my core and legs. It fits in my 30L gear bag easily. Well done Arena. I would highly recommend to anyone that is competitively swimming or wants a better kicking experience than the traditional kickboards that let you lounge on them.

Perfect size
For my 5’7” daughter who swims competitively 6-7 times a week. She loves the Arena kick parda because they are easy to use. Handles are in the right spot and the color is fun! Perfect size for any teenager and at a great cost. Helps her perform kick sets with no complaints about the board.

Kids Kickboard
This is a nice quality product, but if you are a larger person, these are meant more for kids. They are pretty small so a bit difficult for an adult to use. So I had to return them for being too small for our use.

WAY SMALL
Product is way smaller than I anticipated. I got it from my grandsons and I suppose it’s perfect for them but not for adults. The board warped in the sun. Not sure how durable it’s going to be. I’m not impressed for the price.

I got it for my son, and he loves it. The contoured grip holes add comfort and safety, and he can easily change hand positions. Highly recommend!
