A really interesting figure with plenty of detail. Additional information about the flags and the clans of the samurai was a bonus. Will consider purchasing others in this collection.

Very nice! For that price, you will get a lot! Although the scale is not indicated, the sword should be 1/6. It is same size as other 1/6 Japanese swords I have. The blade is made of stainless steel, not die-cast or plastic. The blade even has "Hamon". I just hoped they used the matt paint on the handle of the sword instead of gloss paint. I guess I'm being to picky on that. But other than that, I'm totally satisfied. Detail on "Tsuba" is a big plus. The armor's scale is, I would say about 1/7 scale. So the sword is slightly larger than the armor scale wise but I think it is better for the display. Overall, absolutely 5 stars!

So it is easy to assemble and looks great on my bookshelf. The model is pretty detailed and I am pretty sure this is the start of a new collection now that I've seen it. My only complaint is that the walls of the display are very thin and are held in place with double sided tape. This I imagine will make it very susceptible to permanent damage so I advise to limit its exposure to falling damage as much as possible, perhaps even put it on a middle shelf, as cats will get to the top shelf and knock it down every time.

I have purchased a couple Samurai sets, friends love them!! Great office gift!!! Will purchase more for christmas!! Only dislike is the plastic cover, flimsy.

I have been collecting these armor set for several years but they are hard to find I am glad I checked and Amazon.

Boyfriend was super thrilled to have this as a Christmas gift. When he puts it together, I'll share a photo, but I paired this with two others and he was impressed with them! They look nice from what I can tell - can't wait to see them completed and on display.

I got this for a Friend at work he is a huge fan of the Samuri his wife is Japanese and they live de their for like 16 years. Understand this is not a toy, it is a display item. He and his wife were very impressed with the figure and are currently looking for an appropriate piece of furniture to display this and the others they are buying. Great product!

I bought this for a gift for hubby who's a big Oda Nobunaga buff/fan. While in no way challenging to put together (in fact it's ridiculously easy) it displays beautifully. I feel like this would be a great thing for learning about the history of feudal Japan, having a complete set and so on. It's also really nice for those that are history buffs or even just a beautiful decoration is an asian living space. Well worth the price.
