I especially like the fact that I can rehydrate only as much as I need basically taking the amount I want to prepare for breakfast, putting it in a bowl that can cover in pouring hot water over for 12 minutesI used to buy fresh hash browns at the market, which I’m sure is more healthy but I don’t eat them every day. Being able to make only the amount that I need at that time is great for me. When my family is here for a special occasion, and I prepare them for everyone, my whole family loves. When it’s only my husband and I there’s no waste.

Easy to prepare. I used cuisinart and it is ready quickly.

These are easy to make. Best with hotter water. Not as good as fresh home made but work great if you don’t have the time to make them from scratch.

It’s a Sunday staple for two that lasts 3 days leftover. So nice although refrigerated hash browns are easier. These are powerfully better because they last longer. Great with thyme, sage, cracked pepper and sea salt. Little butter and oil. My only wish is to have easier instructions or a way to use half a box at a time. Guess you can use a bowl. Been using them about 3-4 years now.
