Book adds to knowledge of the Blessed Virgen Mary. Reading daily makes it totally doable.

I really enjoy this book as a daily reading but is the one I purchased at a church gift shop. The one I ordered, that I wanted to give as a gift, I had to return. I was sent a poor copy of the book that had the print page reduced to 50 % and you needed a magnifying glass to read the small postage stamp print in the middle of the page. A poor knock-off of the original book. How disappointing.SGP

This book is simply reflections and messages from Mother Mary. There is one for every day. After the main message there are questions one can answer or journal about. Some of these questions are very thought provoking. Many are very appropriate for what is going on in our life. A nice addition to one's library for spiritual readings and lessons.

This book was given to me as a gift 2003. My favorite gift. I bought this as a gift for a dear friend. Women to women. What a way to start your day.

Great little reflections that make Jesus' mother more real to the reader, paralleling some very credible and delightfully surprising days in the typical woman's life experiences. Author captures Mary as an authentic feminist. I gave ten of these as Christmas gifts and got very positive feedback from the recipients. Just when you think there could be nothing else to say, Woodene finds another fascinating facet to her personality. Don't miss 365 days with the Saints.

This book is great. It helps me to get a deeper appreciation and closeness to Virgin Mary. While the Bible gives little information about Virgin Mary, this book helps me to know Virgin Mary from different angles, e.g.: the Scriptures, cultural background, Virgin Mary's appearances and Her messages. These daily meditations make her to come more alive in my life.

I have enjoyed spending 2011 with Mary. This daily book gives me a little perspective into what life was like for Mary (perhaps). Such topics are addressed: mid-life crisis, eating, shopping, etc. I look forward to my few minutes each day to spend with this Mom! This book does NOT make her seem any less Holy, but much more human!
