eBags Lunch Bag Flight Crew Cooler Jr (Black)

This was my replacement for a very old and badly deteriorating lunch bag. It took me a long time comparing features of many lunch bags to settle on this one and I'm glad I did. It snuggly fits two Healthy Packers 4.7" x 7" reusable flat ice packs and the Pyrex 3-cup rectangular storage dish and lid (about 7.5"L x 5.5"W x 1.75"H), and round Pyrex 4.75"Diameter x 2.5"H on top with a little room left over. Makes a great little healthy and reusable lunch delivery system. The rectangular dish holds a sandwich or leftovers to be heated in the microwave at work and the round Pyrex holds fruit or other goodies. You can every fit two of the round Pyrex bowls on the top! With one, you have room for a snack. The top compartment holds my metal utensils and a cloth napkin. There are plenty of other zippered compartments for condiments or gum or other things. The bag is well made and the the fabric sturdy. The zippers look like they'll last a long time, unlike some others I've seen (my old bag had a finicky one). The shoulder strap is perfect to help you bring in your lunch while you have other things like a coffee mug and documents in your hand. I leave it out on my work desk for lunch and it has no problem keeping the food cool. It's nice not to have to use the communal refrigerator. It's not too bulky like a lot of the lunch bags I considered, which seemed big enough to double as a beer cooler. This one hits the sweet spot -- durable, the right size, well-made, attractive, practical, and performs well. The only thing might be if you like your lunch bag to reflect your personality or be more "homey," this one is a basic black and has the personality of a small suitcase. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but it depends what you're looking for.

I am a self proclaimed lunch box junkie. I own a small army of lunch boxes. I have totes, coolers, messenger bags. I change up frequently according to my daily carrying needs and sometimes just to match my outfit of the day. After having lusted over the eBags Crew Cooler for some time, I found it on a Lightning Deal. I ordered it, and was in love as soon as I opened the box. It is the Holy Grail of food transport. Unfortunately, it is too large for my work locker. Darn it! So it is being repurposed for travel and light grocery shopping. So a bit later I found the Crew Cooler Jr. on a Lightning Deal. I ordered it and waited anxiously for its arrival. I was horrified by how tiny it was. I was almost mad. But then I packed it with some of my containers representative of my work lunch. And you know what? It works. It fits 2 Rubbermaid Take Along flat containers and 2 water bottles on top. Will also fit Rubbermaid Lunchblox Entree and Sandwich Kits. My 7 inch Kindle out of its case fit in the top compartment. And my wireless ear buds in the front pocket. Plus room for keys and slim wallet. Now it won't fit my other stuff like umbrella and hat, and such, but I can always use one of my larger bags when I need everything. So yes , it's a darn good compact, well thought out bag. Just small.

This is an awesome lunch bag! It holds a large amount of food and drink both inside, and outside of the bag. If you are in a location in which your food/drink is secure, there are two pockets on the outside for drinks, and one section on the top for food (perhaps things that are easily crushed, for example), leaving plenty of room in the main compartment for your main meal. It is plenty big for hot/cold food containers as well. If you are not so lucky to be in a location where your food/drink is secure (i.e. in a shared lunch room where people seem fine with helping themselves to other peoples' lunches), then this lunch box will also work. The main compartment is large enough to hold two 16oz. drinks (such as Gatorade, etc.), fruit, veggies, chips, a sandwich, and, if you want, cookies. That's a lot of food! Then, you can put a suitcase lock on the zipper tabs (which have openings just for this)! This product costs a little more than others I've seen, but it is really nice, and has held up to daily, heavy-duty work.

Overall, I have been pleased with my purchase of this bag. I would have preferred a slightly larger bag, or rather a bag with a couple of larger pockets. The main insulated compartment is fine for carrying my lunch, as would be the snack compartment on top if lunch was all I wanted the bag to carry. However, my work requries that I go through a metal detector each morning. I wanted a bag which would easily hold tlhings like cell phone, wallet, mp3 player, keys, change, etc. in addition to my lunch. The front pocket, although clealy not designed for it, holds my small flip phone, mp3 player, and ear buds. The snack pocket can hold a small pack of cookies, my wallet, flash drive, and keys. I have also tried using one of the water bottle pockets for my flash drive but that was not ideal. If I could design my perfect bag, I would start with this one, make the font pocket larger, replace one of the water bottle pockets with a pocket large enough to hold my wallet, add a key fob/clip in this pocket, and then I would have the ideal bag for my needs. I might add that I carry my lunch in small round glass containers with plastic snap on lids. This bag would not accommodate a full size plate. The quality of the bag materials, including zippers, handles, liner, etc. is first rate. I have no doubt that I will be using this bag for a long time to come. For the quality, the price was very good. If it had the features I described above, I would have given 5 gold stars.

Bag is soooooo small. Big enough for Barbie but not Ken . Buy the bigger one. There is no point at all for a grown ass woman to carry this tiny ass cooler.

En cherchant un lunchbag pour le quotidien, j'ai regardé beaucoup de modèle sur amazone, et YouTube. Je me suis tombé sur des reviews de ce sac Crew Cooler II et Junior. Ils sont utilisés par beaucoup de hôtesses de l'air américains. Comme j'ai besoin d'un lunchbag qui solide, je suis toute de suite convaincu par ce sac Ebag.J'ai commandé 2, un petit pour mon quotidien et un grand pour faire les picnic ou en voyage. Je ne peux pas mettre une grosse boîte de salade dans le junior, pour les autres plats, il n'y a aucun soucis. ils sont pratiques ces sacs.

Genau wie beschrieben. Ein ganz tolles Teil. Unauffällig in der Größe....Es geht aber jede Menge rein. Würde sie jeder Zeit wieder kaufen. Überlege mir evtl. Die größere auch zuzulegen (klein= Arbeit - groß= Freizeit).

I love this product, I use it every week day to take my food to work. It looks a bit like a camera bag, smart with lots of pockets.I put a lot it it - banana, protein bar, tupperware box with couscous/veg/turkey plus a protein shaker. I use a core 150 shaker which is quite big but allows 3 portions of protein inside. That way I have everything I need to get me through the day.

J'utilise cette petite glacière pour emmener mon repas du midi au travail. Il y a de la place pour mettre une boîte de taille moyenne, une boisson et un fruit dans la partie glacière. Les poches prévues sur les extrémités sont également très utiles pour y stocker portefeuille, mouchoirs ou autres petits accessoires. La petite taille de la glacière la rend facile à transporter. Je recommande.
