The media could not be loaded. This video is in response to a question I asked the seller about the light not working. They requested a video to be sent off the light being switched on and off. This light is great and very easy to install. I have it in my downstairs toilet. Real shame it just stopped working one morning?!

Was initially pleased with this light, advertised for use in a bathroom. However, after about 11 months, the light began to flicker and then stopped working entirely. When I contacted the seller, they said the light should not have been installed in a bathroom, despite the item listing saying it was for bathroom use. They agreed to replace the light with one that was suitable for use in a bathroom. Unfortunately, it was round rather than square, so the freshly plastered bathroom ceiling now needed patching. Installed the replacement round light, assured that it was suitable for bathroom use. Two days ago, the light began to flicker. This morning, it has broken and won't come back on.I doubt there is anything I can do, as the initial order was placed in late 2021.

No problems installing it, it was very straightforward very light weight and the plastic reflector is easily removedIt’s a very simple design quite flimsy but looks good in situ and is a bright led light much better than the 3light spot we have removed we are very happy with it

Looks very stylish and it's very bright which is fantastic for the utility area I've fitted it, and great value.I'm not a qualified electrical engineer so forgive me if I'm wrong, but my concern with the wiring is the whole body of the light is metal and it's my (non professional) opinion it should be earthed, however it's fitted with a 2-core L and N cable despite internally the case being fitted with an earth lead that goes nowhere. I rewired the light with a 3-core L, N and Earth cable connected to the internal earth for safety. It's a good light, nice and bright but you may wish to have an electrician look at that earth issue before fitting.

Just what I needed. Kitchen so much brighter. Perfect. So easy to install. Took my husband 5 minutes.

Very bright and Good value for money

Looks great and very bright. Very easy to fit and value for money.

Great light, stopped working after a couple of months of use in shower room though. Assumed it was a faulty item so bought another (refund window closed), but the same thing has happened again. Bought in February. Dead in June. Not great.
