Unbelievable value for money
Was a little cautious buying this desk. At £80 for a corner desk, over £40 cheaper than the average, but I took the dive and was pleasantly surprised.Arrived today in a single box. Had some weight to it. The frame is metal, with the wooden desktop split into 3, 2 even sized long rectangle, and a diamond shaped piece for the corner.Put this together by myself within an hour and a half. A couple of parts where I had to use a little extra force on the metal to get it to line up straight (that will happen to metal going from hot to cold and back, it warps and twists). But nothing excessive. Simple, easy to read picture based instructions and everything lined up nicely.Once it has been built, it's solid. No loose pieces, no missing parts, no creaking or shaking. Even had 1 of each screw left over, which looking at the contents list and the instructions, is intentional. The instructions use 1 less of each screw than is listed on the contents. All in all, absolute value for money, and a good sized desk to boot.

A great upgrade and perfect choice for my room.
Buying this desk was a necessary purchase for me because I recently got a Graphics Tablet, and my previous desk only had enough space for a monitor, keyboard and mouse. I tried to fix this by getting a monitor mount, to free up a little bit of space so I could push the keyboard up and have the tablet sit in front, but it barely worked, and didn't make for the most comfortable set up. It was just cumbersome and tedious, so I finally decided that I needed to buy a new desk to fix this problem. So I looked for a new desk and settled on this one, the L design would allow me to have my regular set up with the monitor, keyboard and mouse on one side like usual, and on the other, I could have my tablet sitting next to me on the side. Not to mention I would also have a small space in the corner to use, as well as a stand for my PC to rest on below the desk. When it arrived and I had it all built and set up in my room, it made my life a hundred times better. It had the desk space I was looking for, allowing me to have my computer and tablet set up the way I wanted, but also allowing for my consoles to sit on the desk too in the corner space. The desk had space for all of them and none got in the way of the other. It's perfect.I did expect it to come in a different colour. The product was listed as Beech, but it instead came in as a Dark Oak colour. Regardless, either colour was fine with me, as I just wanted something different from jet black, and look more natural.Something I never considered until I started using the desk was the amount of leg room it opened up to me. The old desk only allowed for a tight fit for my legs, and nothing more. It also made cable management annoying. With the wide open design of this desk, it allows me to easily rest my legs in any direction I want quite freely. The cables are more spaced out, and are able to be tucked behind the metal supports, keeping them free from my legs when I move. I never knew how much of a difference this would make, but I'm so happy with it.I'm very happy with this desk, it has solved all my problems, and made gaming, drawing, and just sitting at my desk at all a MUCH better experience. It also didn't cost a fortune either, which is a big plus.

Good solid black computer desk, ideal for CSA workers at home for both Play and Work at same time.
Negative first..... this was hard at times to fully assemble, the two main frames easy, the middle support beams easy, the wooden tops when you can't see where the screws are going, not so easy. The cross beams at the back of both main frames, 3 screws go in fine, last one is off due to the length of the 2nd beam not a bit longer since it is on top of the other shortening it's ability to go over the screw hole, so will take a bit of brute force to keep it in position to get a screw through it.Also take my advice, do those first before putting on the 2 side wooden tops, it will make your life a lot easier, the instructions ask you to put them on first then do the beams below, trust me that would be harder. Also on the main side frames there is a lock system, and I am going to be honest they are not fully lined up, you will need a hammer to put them into place. Now on to the desk itself, it is super super sturdy, It can take a full ATX case laden with cards/drives easily, although it does come with a floor platform for the case.. however it will NOT take an expanded Full ATX case with more back room for a PSU/Cable management etc those are wider. But know that the table will take the weight. It's a nice dark black colour, the desk has adjustable feet for height, so you can add a few inches to the desk height if you have a pneumatic chair like GT Racing, AK Racing, Secretlabs, noble chairs etc, so they can get under it fine.As said in the headline for most Customer Service Agents they are working from home during this pandemic and this will be great for those who have a gaming PC and work laptop to use, so they can have one side work and another for gaming without having to move anything about on a single desk.Good value for money, for the problems that do exist it would be nice to have had it a bit cheaper due to the locking mechanism on the main frames being off etc.

Not as described, but still very good!
This is an excellent desk despite the desktops being the same size, not one long, one short as displayed and described. It was a little fiddly to put together (make sure the top crossbars are the correct way round with an extra hole at the far end), but it was well worth the effort. Sturdy and nice to look at, I am very pleased with the purchase. The machining of the parts is a bit shoddy - with sharp metal discs from hole-punching still attached and the laminate likely won't last, but I fully expected that to be the case given the price. I used to be a furniture fitter, and I am very impressed with this product. I'm so chuffed to find such a sturdy desk for such an outstanding price.
