Hunter Safety System High-Visibility Trail Markers for Tree-Stand Hunting

These work great I was able to get to my Turkey blind in pitch black these refracted the light from my AA MagliteMy only regret is not purchasing more of them

Using these to mark trails for dogs in training for Search and rescue. In the past have used the old orange clips. With flagging tape of the bright orange and yellow colors. You could really see them. So we are excited to see how they work. Last night I used a flash light and they seem to reflect really well.

I have plenty of the "old" blaze trail markers but these will show up better, both in the daylight and at night. I tested in the "back yard woods" to see for myself. Want to see if they hold up as well over the long haul as the mono-color version ( have had some of those in the woods for 4 years solid and they still show great). These should be easier to see and remove against a fall color backdrop here in middle Georgia.Update: 1/18/16. I will be purchasing a couple more packs! These show up VERY well against all stages of foliage and in all light conditions, plus are easily visible at night even with a weak flashlight. I'll need more, after seeing them in the woods all the guys in the hunt club wanted to borrow some. Head & shoulders above the "solid" blaze markers. Added plus: they are easy to retrieve on temporary trails and blood trail jobs.Update: 12/17/17. Got some more.Had to, between new stand sites and "loan outs" I went thru a 10 pack in no time. I like to keep several in my day pack in case I discove a promising stand site.

The Hunter Safety System Night-n-Day Trail Markers should be on top of your list if you are hunting unfamiliar property or even property you have always hunted as a quick reminder of where your stand is at. I put these up during the day and they were bright then with the sun shining on them. Checking them out at nigh it was just like day. I will not have any issues finding a stand or even marking a last spot i found blood on game. My only complaint on this product is the clips are semi small and i could see them being hard to use gloves with if you were taking these down during colder months. Other than that this is a great product that i will continue to buy as i continue to use the great outdoors!

My use of these markers are not conventional. That is I am not using them to mark a hunting trail. I instead marked a running trail for my running club, and these worked extremely well in the early morning before sun up as well as later after sun rise. The runners wore head lamps before sunrise and the markers were reflective and easily seen. As the sun came up they were still effective and everyone easily followed the trial.In fact all the runners commented on how well the trail was marked.
