These balls are very convenient and they work great. I can put one in my purse and carry it with me anywhere. I take the boat out then I start massaging my arm wherever I am! Can’t get any better than that.!

I was looking forward to getting these. The smaller ones are especially great for foot massages. Wow!

I've been using this balls for over a month now and thoroughly enjoy them! They are equivalent to the balls the sell from the MELT website but way cheaper. It works just fine and the quality is good. Some people complain that Its too soft, but these are inflated just enough to work well and not too hard that it hurts.

I took a private MELT class and then they want you to spend $50 on a set of balls you may never use. That was not okay with me. This ball is similar enough to the "official" ones they sell. Frankly anyone who tells me I have to buy THEIR product raises my suspicious nature and I wonder what is their real motive? For $8.00 you receive two soft balls you can do the basic routine with, they are good for standing on, pressing with hands and feet and self tissue massage.

Using these for my feet. As I am a competitive ballroom dancer, these with MELT stretches help much with taking away foot pain and extending endurance on the dance floor.

Where were the perfect companion in relation 2 size and flexibility for the MELT Methods hand and foot therapy treatments.

I loved these balls when they arrived 4 days ago. Perfect for my therapeutic pain relief exercises... I’m concerned the quality as one of the balls has slightly deflated after only a few uses. It’s still usable so I’ll keep enjoying them.

Just the right firmness for pressure points on the feet and comparable to those used for MELT but more affordable.
