TCL 55R625B 55 inch QLED 6-Series 4K Smart UHD TV - Factory Recertified

This is one of the best affordable QLED 4K TVS on the market and there's a reason why. It works perfect but it is very fragile. I believe during the delivery the top part was hit because I have a small line (pretty black) that bleeds across the top. It's not super noticeable but once you see it you see it. The TV itself is perfect for watching Netflix or playing an Xbox Series X at 60 fps. Does not support gaming at 120 fps.

Audio went out on the 31st day, no return. I have to run everything through my receiver and send the video feed to the TV not the other way around as should be with this TV.

Easy assembly.Nice instruction pamphlet.But when turned on It didn't work. My heart sank. an expensive boat anchor.I called for help. A young lady in the philippines gave me step by step instructions. Set up has many steps but it's easy when guided.Whew. it's on and it's beautiful.Don't panic- Just call for help . opy the model and sn on the end of the package. Call the number in the manual Enjoy.

Remote showes up dead on arrival. Sceen turns on but no use stuck on demo mode.Edit: Feel dumb, the brand new batteries came dead. Power cord is too short and on the left side of the screen and the remote has to be pointing directly at the receiver. Menu is fast and responsive picture quality is pretty decent. 70% white I'm pretty sure you can see the adhesive used to hold up the LEDs, but its not really something you'll notice during normal use.

Really loving this so far. Have not had a lot of time to play with it and really step on the gas. But so far so good. Well worth the dough.

Tv is terrific. Having issues with several of the the remote buttons. Fortunately, can also control with the Roku phone app

Love the tv! Just got it. Bought it through a 3rd party financer from this listing. Mine arrived with HDMI port 3 completely crushed. At least it wasn't the ARC. The box said inspect it within 48 hours of delivery, but I was moving and didn't open it for a few days. Love the tv though. May get an HDMI splitter cuz I really need 4 ports AND ARC.

This is the best TV for the price that you can get. The factory recertified version was a great way to save a little, but still get a basically brand new TV. This model has a sharp picture, with vibrant colors and deep blacks, as to be expected with a QLED HDR TV. The item was exactly what we intended to order, and arrived in great packaging so that the screen was in perfect condition. The page said it would take a week or more to ship, and it came in just two days. Very happy with this item and the seller.
