No more worries about refilling the steam heat. Now we can go on vacation without worrying about the heat shutdown due to low water. I’m an electrician and I used shark bites to install it. Everything else can be done with shark bite except the threaded adapters. So you need to know how to do some control electrical and lite plumbing.

I'm have never had a problem using this model. It gives the homeowner the ability to leave town for an extended period, knowing the boiler will not shut down on low water.

No more worrying about the water level in my oil heater. This nifty gadget keeps it right where it should be.

I'm not a plumber, so I had to pay to have it installed only to find out that it didn't function. No lights on the panel, ever. We thought, maybe it's a current problem, so we had an electrician come and upgrade the power line. Nope - no lights. We had PGW come out and look at it, nope - all connected properly. The technician cautioned me "gotta be careful buying these types of devices online". Finally had the HVAC tech that installed it come back and uninstall it for the return. Still waiting on a refund, or replacement, or email.

Just what I needed

The media could not be loaded.  The feeder does work and feeds the water when LWCO calls for it but it does it with a terrible loud noise. I reached out to the seller and all they said was - " maybe the plumber didn't install it correctly ".No further correspondence even after another email. I wouldn't buy anything from them again.
