Have been eating these for a few years. Tastes like the filling of a Fig Newton. I eat half of one as a "dessert" after breakfast. Clean ingredients and super delicious. Love!!

Tastes great
Tastes like banana bread. Soft texture with some chew to it. I keep one in my purse… they hold up well. The one disadvantage is that they are high in carbs. So they spike your blood sugar.

Terrible mushy taste
Bought this bc the flavor looked interesting. Unfortunately consistency was like playdough & flavor even worse... actually cringe-worthy. Just plain disgusting. Sorry, just being honest.
