This steps are good looking, especially with the Dallas Cowboys star on it. Lol. There are easy to install, just follow the instructions where the hinges goes, there are 3 diferent lengths. A,B and C. B goes to the middle, so if it does not fit when installing under the jeep, just change A with C. Factory bars has 4 screws to attach to the jeep gladiator mojave, this only attaches with 3 large screws and 6 smaller screws from the side. Still long enough to cover the whole side. This steps are a little high, only few inches below the door. But it helps with the wide steps. If your need a lower steps, this are not the ones, unless your jeep is already low enough.

the right hand side is great the left has multiple pin holes and is rusting badly. i would give a 4.5 if not for that.I talked to the manufacturer about the problem. They contacted me the next day. They had a good attitude and helped me resolve my issue promptly. It is a nice refreshing to have a vendor provide prompt assistance with the issue. The new steps came in without defect and at this time all is great. If I have any issues in the future I will add them. Hope this helps

I have a few things to mention here:1. Well, I would give it 4 or even 5 stars, however after installing it, I wanted to reduce it to one star. It was so frustrating! The instructions were misleading! Three of he brackets were disattached, which was ok , the thing that those brackets all different and the instructions should tell you which goes where ( to make it easier to install). The instructions did mentioned something about it, however it was all the way around. It says long goes in the front, and actually the long should go back.One tip - don’t tighten the screws all the way and keep them loose until you attach all the brackets to the Jeep. ( not all the holes aligned perfectly). You should start tightening all the bracket bolts, only after the rock slider attached to the Jeep. Good luck! It took me 2.5hrs instead of 45-60 minutes only because of the incomplete and misleading instructions.2. Oh!, it also had a small dent when I unpacked it.3. Another thing, it’s probably not as strong as the more expensive US made rock sliders.4. This item shipped from China, which I didn’t know. When I asked the seller why my tracking wasn’t updated for more than a week after it changed to “shipped “. The seller blamed it on COVID-19 and FedEx instead of being honest.

Have a 2021 Jeep Gladiator. Easy to install. The rivets on foot pad area are starting to get discolored/ rusty. They need to paint them or do something about that. Get a lot of compliments on them

If you live in an Apartment on an upper floor, your delivery driver will probably leave on the first floor without telling anyone, allowing anyone to just take them until you stumble across this huge heavy package. The edge of the box was damaged, but that's probably the delivery folks.I had to haul it up the steps on my own. Not fun, but doable using the plastic straps wrapped around it. I'm an athletic man, you should probably always use help to lift/carry.I took it to my repair shop. After taking the bars out the packaging, we noticed the rivets were broke! See the photos. They had to get some rivets, and use a rivet gun to repair it for me (thankfully). They repaired the ones that were hanging on by a single rivet. It started rattling... but that seemed to subside the next day. Maybe baking in the heat helped. It did come with instructions. They were confused trying to figure out what was different about the A/B/C brackets, they were the same it seemed. We just put them in that order. It also was challenging to figure out which bracket was for which side, and in what direction to install them. This process could have been made easier, and would have saved us all a lot of sweat. It was not easy to hold up. We were two skinny guys installing it, so many your luck will be better.It is useless as a step. Way too high off the ground to be a step. It is now harder to get into the Jeep. Oh don't get me wrong, I love the look. It is aesthetically pleasing. Functionally it is a rock / mud guard. Please don't expect a step. It really does look great!

When my package came the box was damaged very badly however the steps were undamaged

Hook did there job. Product was sent and arrived. Only issue with order was FEDEX. Fedex sat on order in its local warehouse for five days. Delivery people were less then professional. Customer service rep. From hook Ping, kept up with my inquiries by email. Unfortunately due to major time difference calling was not a good option. Have to admit I lost my cool but they due have a nice product and they look great. So I'll end my review with an apology to hook and Ping for being a jerk. Have a great day Mr. Ping if you read this. Crap! Most of the rivets on the steps were broken. They arrived with dents in the tubes. The brackets do not fit correctly. They do not fit the shape of the body. The bolts and hardware are complete garbage. I usually buy eag and their products are great. I thought I would try something from hooke this time. Mistake! Don’t buy!

I purchased these for my gladiator rubicon and the first time I rubbed it on a rock it folded the bottom tube. Not very durable. Would have been better keeping my stock rubicon rock sliders.
