The wood is very nice in the handle, but the insert with the bristles appears to be no different than the insert on much less expensive brushes. Maybe the insert is higher quality or glued in better, but it would be hard to imagine it beats the last brush, which was inexpensive, and lasted a number of years before I got tired of the insert coming out of the handle occasionally after the glue failed a year or more ago.

My son is a young teen who has taken a sudden interest in his appearance. This means I can never find my hairbrush. So I thought I'd do something crazy and buy a new one. I can't remember the last time I bought a hairbrush. Anyway, I'm quite happy with this purchase. It came in a little cloth sack, which is nice, but I'll never use it. The bristles are firm but the cushion make it feel soft an luxurious. The results are great, especially for someone who likes to shower at night and brush his hair in the morning. Stop scrolling and buy it.

Don’t usually leave reviews, but I’m thankful for this brush. I’ve kept an older brush bc was having difficulty finding a decent wooden brush. My hair is so thick that plastic brushes don’t stand a chance, they snap in half. The last wooden brush I bought hurt my scalp so I kept using my worn-out brush. This one looks similar to the crappy wooden brush that I tossed aside but instead is so smooth & soft on my head. Paid around same for both brushes too. This brush is good quality & fair price. Feels nice in my hand & in my hair. Hope it holds up. Good job, brush people & thanks.

Bristles seem sturdy and run through the hair very smoothly. The brush overall is larger than I thought it would be and I love it!!
