Wow! These Theraband's have really added to my workout
I wasn't sure what to expect with these bands but they have really allowed me to add to my workouts, I am 57 and travel for business, I take various types of bands with me so I can workout as I don't have time to go to a gym,I like that I can carry these in my bag without a lot of added weight.I use these for presses and squats mostly, they are strong and thick.

Buy the Light kit and heavy kit instead of the whole set to save $
My hospital uses TheraBand for our rehab and physical therapy patients and they are trusted for consistency. This is the first time using the high tension bands and they give a great workout. get the light kit first it contains the first 2 of 4 bands. If needed get the heavy set to complete the set for cheaper than buying all 4 at once.

Misleading
I only got two bands Green and Orange. The picture shows four bands? I got mis led or shorted?
