Good noice cancellation, bad wires and ear piece covers.
Very good noice cancellation. Its just that the earpiece covering is flimsy and gives up fast, same happens to wires.

Amazon failed to provide support
I have purchased this product with one year warranty,now it's not working properly Amazon is not responding since one month where Jabra confirmed that warranty responsibility Take care by Amazon only.... I have bought this product with huge money,I am unable to claim warranty...@amozon failed to give support.

Ear cushion is not good
Evolve 30 had better cushion than this - bit surprised.

Its a normal headset with usb control
There are positives and negatives with this headset. 1. Check the different listing of the same product from various sellors,as same product is available with the price difference of thousands of rupies, i dont know why Amazon cann't control it. 2. The headset is of good quality in terms of its mic, as the mic is with noise cancellation feature, blocks considerable noise around you. It can be worn right or left side. But mic is not bendable. 2. USB control is wonderful, it contains mute button, however busy light button is of no use practically. 3. Can be connected to mobile with 3.5mm pin for usual music listening and for talking over call. 4. The length of the wire is sufficient. Now negatives: 1. Its mic work well on google meet, zoom etc only if we are connected to our laptop with its USB cord, if you try to use it in your mobile on zoom, gMeet, MS Team, other cann't hear you, its the worst quality mic with out its USB control, I dont know why it doesn't work with mobile for zoom and other online meeting apps. 2. Its ear cussions are not cumfirtable at all, as they press against your ears, hence you feel pain after half an hour use. 3. Don't try to listen music in this headphone, it will give headache, and there is hardly any noticeable bass in it. 4. Busy light is available only in its USB control not in the headset as claimed by the company. 5. There is no form cover given on the mic to prevent the air directly hitting the mic. Over all fine headset for online conference calls and meeting on laptop, a bad headset for mobile and music.

Très confortable, bonne qualité de son. Fonctionne bien avec mon ordi MAC mais impossible avec mon iPhone XR malgré un adaptateur lightning/USB C. Semble que la tension ne soit pas suffisante pour alimenter le casque (aucun témoin ne s'allume) alors que cet adaptateur fonctionne par ailleurs. Donc pour l'instant je ne parviens pas o l'utiliser avec un iPhone ou iPad.

Casque avec un son de bonne qualité. Installation facile sur l'ordinateur malheureusement le casque est HS après 2 ans d'usage ce qui est quand même décevant pour une marque comme Jabra
