Like all of Callaway's Sub Zero models from the past five years, MAVRIK Sub Zero offers a remarkable combination of low spin and high MOI. Though getting both qualities into one driver was once unheard of, Callaway R&D continues to deliver on this rare combination. The slightly smaller (450cc) head features two interchangeable screws in the front and back, 14g and 2g, to promote changes to launch angle and spin-rate. It has a neutral ball flight bias and the lie angle is slightly flatter compared to the Standard and MAX models. Available in 9* and 10.5* lofts.New A.I.-designed Flash Face SS20 For Fast Ball Speed Across The FaceMaverick thinking fueled our new, A.I. designed Flash Face SS20, to promote fast ball speeds across a more expansive area in each model and loft.High-Strength FS2S Titanium For Consistent PerformanceNew face architecture required FS2S titanium, an extremely strong material that's 6 grams lighter than traditional titanium to promote optimal speed, forgiveness, and spin robustness.Jailbreak + T2C Triaxial Carbon Crown For Ball Speed and ForgivenessTwo internal Jailbreak bars connect the sole and crown to promote fast ball speed, and the significantly lighter carbon crown allows us to redistribute weight for higher MOI.Unparalleled Sound & Feel From Acoustic A.I.We also used A.I. to design a sophisticated internal titanium rib system that fine-tunes the head to produce a deeper, highly satisfying sound.

Smooth/consistent
I did extensive research before purchasing this driver, on every new model driver on the market with no brand affiliation. Being left handed I was only able to “demo” some of the products in store with limited options before making my decision. I hover around a 12 handicap with some great rounds and terrible rounds mixed in so I can’t tell you spin rates and ball velocity numbers to make up your mind although I found that research easily online. I will say I am very pleased with the driver from the feel, to the satisfying sound. I average around 270 off the tee and 106mph club head speed, distance is never a problem consistency is. I went with a heavier/stiffer shaft (70 gram white option) and feel a much better tempo through the swing. The biggest benefit for me personally, is a more forgiving club face that feels solid on mishits around the club face, and I don’t have numbers but I can tell you visually my ball flight is more consistent and has more velocity even if the distance isn’t noticeable on every shot although I did hit some looong ones. I would recommend this club to anyone looking for a solid, consistent feel from swing to swing off the toe or off the heel. I will also note checking the “tightness” of the weighting system before use, noticed a light rattle after a few shots, tightened it up and no issues. Good luck, hit em straight and not too often.

Lonnnnnng! Wow!
Even on mis-hits this driver is long! I'm looking for drives in the 270 yd range with roll and my foursome is consistently telling me it's down here 30 to 40 yards longer- holy crap! Yesterday I carried a 270 yard fence for ob and two holes later I drove into a 260 yard water hazard. Well ok! I'm 61 years old and this driver will keep me in the game for at least 5-7 years!

Not too happy
Club had a big scratch on the head the rubber on the handle was not all the way on, not sure if I even got the driver I ordered, did not come with the head sock, over all not too thrilled.
