This is a wonderful resource for people who would like exposure to practice questions similar to the actual real estate exam!

The explanation are clear and easy to understand. You must practice this book before you attend the exam!!

There are four separate practice tests, each with 150 questions—so 600 questions total! I appreciate the minimalist nature of this book; it isn’t fluffed up with unnecessary verbiage and is straight to the point with questions and subsequent answer banks. This book does include math questions, and the answer sections do let you know why the correct answer is indeed the correct answer (i.e. by showing you the formula/calculation used to arrive at the answer).In addition to the practice tests, there are helpful tips at the end about finding a broker/company to work with, possible interview questions you may encounter, and even what questions you yourself should ask the interviewer. I bought this book for the kindle, and can just view it with my kindle app on my phone; I don’t have a separate kindle device.

After taking a Kaplan course, I purchased this book and took all (4) practice tests. The questions were similar to that of the real exam. Lots of confusing ones, some DMV-like stuff about broker rules, and some normal ones. Some were poorly written, but some of the real test questions are poorly written, so I felt it was good practice. It wasn't pleasant but I learned from the questions I got wrong and tried to memorize the correct answers. I scored between 65% and 72% of the questions correct, but ended up passing the real test.I highly recommend this book because I think it is sufficient to get you to pass if you take all (4) tests and make a serious effort to learn from the incorrect answers and do better on the real test and/or the next practice test.

The book is great. It has TONS of practice questions. It also includes lots of great tips. The definitions are thorough but straightforward and not too overwhelming. It seems to be updated (I checked out the links included in the book and all seem to work). Something I usually worry about when it comes to these types of books is the text size/spacing. I like this book a lot since everything is spaced out well and the text size is perfect. Price is also great for the amount of content, I would highly recommend.

I passed the real estate exam by using this booklet as well as some online resources. I did get a bit annoyed with some of the questions as there were a lot of typos and some questions just didn't make sense. I would say about 90% of the questions were fine and 10% were just plain bad questions

I purchased this book to brush up on some Real Estate Test Questions and to continue to learn about regulations and rules in other states. Very good format and the questions are very very helpful! Highly recommend to any Real Estate Agent or Agents to be!

I used this book to study, and it's pretty much the only thing you need to pass the CA exam. Just do the exams 2-4 times (time yourself!) and study the answers, you'll pass!For people who like to learn above and beyond (because you'll eventually need it at some point), use other supplemental materials as you see fit.
