Needed a headtorch for running and after a bit of searching settled upon this one. With a price of £10.99 it was worth a punt even if I found it wasn't bright enough.As it turns out the brightness was excellent for night running and it should be noted i run in lanes and my village has no street lighting so this is the only light I have to rely on.On first inspection I didn't think the tilt would be enough but actually it was pretty perfect as it has a wide beam of peripheral light to illuminate the area in front of you.My first run was using the highest beam, at times it was slightly disorientating as it can have a blunt edge at the periphery of the beam but I dropped down to lowest beam and that was better and still shone plenty of light on the ground in front of me.Highly recommemd this headtorch for runners.Third pic is same as first but with no light.

Excellent item for the price. I'm not a runner so the bells and whistles are a bit of an extra faff but I won't mark it down for having them. The steady red light is quite useful because I can use it to look for things in the dark without waking my wife by turning on the bright white light. The white lights are very, very bright, very bright and bright. This will probably lessen when the rechargeable battery runs down a bit (I LIKE the rechargeable feature! My old energiser headlight was the only thing in the house that used AAA batteries so that was a pain). The headlight tilts just about enough to angle the light for reading; more of a tilt would be better but it works fine for my needs. As another reviewer has stated if you have a large head (7-1/4) the strap is a little tight (but OK) at max extension. I solved this by unpicking the stitching on the elastic and adding an extra piece of elastic from my wife's sewing drawer. It was a very easy and simple fix. If you can sew a button on you can do this if you need to! I can see that this headlight will also be useful when I have to search for things in the attic or if I'm doing fiddly work that needs light on the item. I'm very pleased with my purchase. :-)

So, I bought myself a Cross stitch picture to do for my husband, but when I bought it, I failed to realise that I'd struggle to do it because it's on navy blue fabric.. that evening, I realised my error! So I came on Amazon and bought this head torch. Its good, and saves myself from straining my eyes lol I can clearly see the fabric even on the low light setting. It'll also be handy for crocheting dark yarns :) it doesn't take long to charge and is comfortable to wear. The box it comes in is tiny, I didn't think it had a head band on it but of course it did, just folded small. It also tilts so it lights up my work bit doesn't shine on the TV. Very pleased with it.

Great small, lightweight,l rechargeable headtorch. My only problem with it is it's perfect for kids heads, not so much for adults, headband is very tight even when let all the way out, so tight that it leaves mark across your forehead even after wearing for a short while, I bought a couple of these and they are both the same, I've stopped using them and left them with the kids and replaced with better sized ones.

Decided to buy this 1 even though she a few a bit cheaper. 3 different white light brightness just be pressing the on button quickly can move between them. Then it goes to a red light or flashing red light. I purchased to see in loft when looking down to do loft legs clearly. Once charged with USB which took around 40 mins plugged into my fast phone charger it's easily bright enough to see the light emit even when my 3x60w living room light on at same time. Very pleased. Light can rotate up n down so can avoid any glare near eyes. Try to avoid looking directly into light or near a mirror as quite powerful. Not very often I'm so impressed with purchases so please forgive my waffling on a bit.

Looks like a great little torch. Not used yet but partner thinks it will be OK for his fishing. Me, I will be using it mostly for intricate crafting. NEED TO UPDATE. Not as good as I thought for my crafting. With close work the beam is very narrow & also the 45degree tilt is not enough for me as I wear varifocals so am unable to get the light in the correct position.

I brought this torch for running in the evenings now it’s getting darker, the red light mode really protects your night vision and is bright enough you can see obstacles coming up. Battery life is good but not excellent, I end up charging it once a week using it for around an hour a night but for the price you really can’t go wrong.

Purchased so I can take the dog for walks in the dark and have a chance in seeing where I’m going. Great function, good visibility on high beam and I’d highly recommend. It had great functionality and can be tilted and adjusted for comfort.
