Bought for my son who uses one similar every day, I thought an upgrade would be great for his birthday and he loves it

I purchased this for my friend who pretty much has all of the official Starbuck cups. I thought it would be a fun surprise gift for her to have a custom name coffee cup.I was a little dissapointed when it arrived, as the print wasn't aligned correctly. I was hoping my friend wouldn't be as picky as me though.I didn't realise the inside of the mug would be metal, so that was a bonus as looked more suitable for hot drinks.Once my friend recieved the cup, she was really pleased with it. Unfortunately she has had to use it without the lid, as it leaks.

Faulty, leaked hot coffee all over the recipient. Wont allow me to return it. Wasted gift.

Bought this as a gift for my daughter who is a starbucks fan. She absolutely loved it only thing was there was no whole for her metal starbucks straw.. but that made no difference, she still loved it. Also I forgot to add the 's at the end of my daughters name , but it was still printed with it. So thank u for that. Also came really quickly by royal mail.. very happy would 100% buy again
