Levi's Men's 517 Bootcut Jeans

These boot cut jeans are simply my favorite. I know I can order my size and they will fit. And sure enough this is what happened again. Of course I know of no women that can do this, but most men, I believe could do this with Levi 517 Boot Cut Jeans. I think once a women found her levi size, she could do the same. LOL, but I wont argue the point. These jeans are well made and are consistent in size and workmanship. I wear cowboy boots (yes, and ride a Harley-Davidson Fatboy, 2012). It's important to me to feel like I look my best and be comfortable. This is what I get from wearing Levi's Men's 517 Boot Cut Jeans. I just don't know how you could go wrong. I got my best price on Amazon (though, other places may have same price, I got a better deal, since I am an Amazon Prime member. So, here you can get the best and get a bit more by being a Prime member, it has more than paid for itself already). Plus I did not have to go anywhere and look for my size (36 inseam is not always easy to find). I recommend Levi's 517 boot cut to all and recommend Amazon Prime to those that like to shop from home for an even better deal, no driving around either. Levi has been consistent with these jeans for a few years now, so I am a happy camper and you will too if you try it out. Also, these jeans when new can look great. I recently went to my wife's class reunion which since it is a small school the dress for their events varies from jeans to suites ~ your choice. Well, I choose a new pair of black 517 with a crisp white shirt, my polished cowboy boots and a black leather (lamb) travel coat and was told I looked great and I did feel great too. I bought 2 of these and man they are nice. I'll admit the guy wearing the jean in the picture sold me. Like I went and look for all the style of Levi's, and these attracted me the most. Although I wouldn't tuck in my shirt like that. But they sure look good with some chucks and or casual boots and a dress shirt, with a silver wrist watch, and a pair of shades. They are heavy, and for me kinda tight even though jean of a different brand and style with the same size, fit me perfectly. I don't know I guess it the way they are made. But for the look, I'll take the pain any day, yes these jean are so tight mostly in my thigh area and waist, that I do get a little discomfort pain in my lower back. I guess it the way they are design and the heaviness of the jean. Of course I am in the process of getting in shape again. So with time, these will be perfect. I do like to sag a little, but as of right now I can't with these. Until I lose some of that belly fat I accumulated over the years.

Im a levis fan, I used to wear wrangler and lee. Now only levis, there so comfy and look great

They fit, but sized tighter than 505s.

Ordered another color, Black, and the legs were huge! Previous purchase of 517 the bootcut had a much slimmer upper leg. Have to return.

Great jeans, exactly what you’d expect from Levi’s. Only criticism is the front belt loops are too close together. If you’re a super-stud cowboy like me, and you like your buckles large, you’ll struggle to get the belt tucked through the first belt loop once you’re buckled up. Cowboy problems. Amiright?

Lets start with the sizing. Only size up on the waist and not the length. Inseam is perfect. Of course all 100% cotton jeans will shrink and this one will too. The length of the jeans, I believe, is slightly longer keeping the shrinkage in consideration. Now for the styling part, its just perfect. A real man always wears his jeans AT THE WAIST and so these are definitely a Man's jeans as compared to 527. I would leave the 527 to skinny teens. Indeed a classic fit. Fits perfectly in the thighs and the boot cut is perfect. I wear with cowboy boots and dress boots. Will have gathers at the ankle if you do any sort of regular shoes without a little heel. Pair it up with a shirt or a t shirt, a sport coat or a denim jacket. Impress those ladies ;)
