Bought to replace our old net. It works well and picks up all sorts of debris. Basic but good

Ok quality for the price.I brought it May 1st 2022 and it broke today after 2 years of use. The net was still in good shape but the plastic frame broke. This was stored outside under the TX sun which also didn't help.

I’m not sure how well it would hold up on a pole pulling up a big load of leaves as it’s lite weight. I use a heavy metal one for that.I like it a lot it for skimming off stuff when we are in the pool. It’s compact and lite weight. Price was good.

The old net fell apart. I like the color of this one. Does a pretty good job of getting stuff out of the water, and the basket is big enough to handle the heavy loads of the fall

This is cheap and flimsy so I suppose you get what you pay for, being one of the only options under 10 bucks. It flops back and forth before you put it in the water and when in the water it arcs back as you skim with it. Not to mention the net area is smaller than I thought. I have palm tree debris in my pool quite often and it really fails at picking that up. Its also not a deep net so you'll have to empty it quite often. 1 positive I have to give it credit for it that its a fine mesh so it does collect a good amount of small particles that my other net failed to gather so there's that. Ultimately I learned this probably isn't a product you want to buy online. You should go to a store and see this type of product in person before you buy.

Heads up, this is just the net to scoop the pool, so it you don't have an existing one to replace, you will need to get a pole to put this on. Poles are inexpensive and easy to find, but just an FYI. This is a great pool net. It is able to get into the depths and get the debris out easily, whereas those flat skimmers aren't great at that. It would be great for ponds, if you need to corral your fish. And it's very sturdy. I'm happy with it.

The fair price was the selling point. It's a bit smaller than I wanted it to be but I knew that going in as the dimensions were posted. I hope it holds up at least one season. If it's two I'll be a happy camper.
