The wheels are well made and very maneuverable - that's why I bought them; however, the lifter did not work well at all. I had to use one I had from another product. The product was hard to situate under each of the 4 corners If the weight is not perfectly balanced, one or more will fall off. I was trying to moved a bureau from a carpeted area to a tiled surface area. It didn't work well on the carpet since the carpet was too thick. So I manually pushed the bureau to the tiled area and then could set the rollers under each corner. When the roller hit a grout grove on the tile, the roller fell off. If the bureau had a perfectly flat bottom and not 4 corner pieces before getting to the true bottom of the bureau, it would have worked better. Also, if the surface was smooth, it would have worked better. It was much too awkward to try to put a riser on top of each wheel so it would be able to set against the true bottom of the bureau. So, for me, they did not work well. Hopefully this provides some key info for people thinking of purchasing them. They are great for the right application - my situation did not match the right situation. All other roller types did not swivel and I knew that would not work well when trying to maneuver a heavy piece of furniture. A standard dolly with swivel rollers would have been better - but I'm not a mover and did not have the right sized dolly. I recommend the product for the right situation. So, I wouldn't think of returning them - there was nothing wrong with the product - just the application.

I am moving over half the furniture in my house to make a room into a permanent work-from-home area, which means a lot of furniture in nearly every other room in the house needs to move too. But I'm in my 60's and my two housemates can't lift, so I needed another solution.It's worth noting that my cats and my two chihuahuas were of absolutely no help at all, and didn't even care enough to stay in the room to mock me while I was doing this.Some things, like a bed, can be disassembled, but large items like china cabinets and bookcases cannot be fully disassembled, and even after you pull out the parts you can, what's left may still be 100lbs or more. I have one china cabinet that I suspect is closer to 200lbs.It's tricky to get the little lever lift under the edge of a big piece of furniture, and especially on hardwood, it tends to slip and "run away". Still, I was able to do so, standing on the handle to lift the furniture, steadying it with my hands, and shoving the roller wheels underneath with my foot. Really, moving heavy furniture ought to be a two or three person job.Anyhow, I was able to move the furniture I needed to move, and the little lever arm was the trick to getting it done. It doesn't look big enough to be useful, but it does the trick.

Great concept, especially if moving couches, however I ended up having to mount the casters to boards in order to be able to use them efficiently. Unmounted, they are easily displaced, and moving any large/heavy furniture becomes more difficult than necessary. I included a photo of the modified build which once built worked the way I needed them to. NOTE: I built TWO of the modified caster-boards. They are wide enough to be placed on opposite sides of the furniture, allowing them to distribute the weight of the furniture for easier movement. Also the lift, included with the kit, does work well for lifting the corners of heavier furniture.

I’m a single woman and I purchased these to take out my kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, washer and dryer BY MYSELF. SO, it’s lucky I’m also a paramedic and my job is to lift overwhelmingly heavy folks. These were minimal to no help as the three wheel design means they fly out or tip to one side while moving. The wheels couldn’t change directions well, increasing the number of times the whole triangle thing would shoot out from under whatever overwhelmingly heavy thing I was moving or flip onto the two wheel side. At the end of it I ended up moving most of my kitchen with just muscle force, a few tears and several curse words, thank god I had it. Ill be buying a tens unit to fix the back pain after this. I couldn’t imagine if my mom had bought these to move things around thinking they would be easy... save yourself the money and hire someone from in front of Home Depot.

I tried this system to move my refrigerator with some success. The dollies are well made but did not span the corners of the fridge. However, they are well made and should work in most other cases. The lever system didn't work for me at all. It wouldn't grip the edge of the fridge. I give the dollies a 5 and the lever a 1...thus 3 stars.

did the job well. The specification say that it has ball bearings. That is a little misleading. it has ball bearing in the swivel but no ball bearings in the wheels. The wheels have bushing bearings but rolled fine anyway on my hardwood floor and carpet. I put some heavy dressers on them, and they performed well. It would be nice if the wheels were larger, but that's just my opinion. I would by these again.

Maneuverability is not as good as expected (compared to ones I already owned). Wheels easily lock and come out/off Furniture feet. Bought red color in hopes I could find easily. This was good bc color is bright red
