Loungefly doesn’t make a character bag specifically like this in a bigger size but there are a few very cute wall-e character and regular backpacks. Walmart has a very cute one rn if eve and wall-e flying for around $40 maybe more and there are probably very affordable wall-e character back packs on amazon

When filled with stuff, do the straps dig into your shoulder?

The straps have soft padded faux leather so I haven't faced that issue with their backpacks straps the only straps I have faced issues with when it comes to their brand are their Harry Potter wand series purses so you should be good!
