If you like coconut, this is a very good cereal. It tastes really good, but like all other Kashi cereals, it's a small box for a lot of money. I will pay the money occasionally to have these tasty cereals, but they are not an everyday cereal!

I sprinkle this cereal over my yogurt. Mmmmm

Tasty w/ slices of ripe banana + milk. Non GMO, low sugar but just enough sweetness, great fiber and protein. I have to buy enough of it or my kids eat it! [not a problem I usually have w healthy cereals]. I store it in Mason jars to keep it fresh.

Extremely expensive

I can no longer find my cereal anymore on local store shelves, especially after others have discovered that it's filling, nutritional, and KETO friendly. I could only find them on Amazon at this point. I have Type 2 diabetes and I struggle with feeling full when I eat other brands of cereal. The sugar content is low. I don't have to search for the key ingredients (coconut and almonds). They're very abundant. If cereal is what you need, Kashi indeed.

Hardened pieces, stuck together like a brick. Getting them out might have been worth the trouble if they tasted good, but they don't.
