The very best product. Buy it.
Experience after 8 months. This is one of the best items I bought on Amazon.com. It's best because you get a capable device for dirt cheap price. I bought it for e classes of my little one and it has served its purpose well. All apps work smooth. Youtube.com plays well and beautifully with top resolutions. You get a negligible lag but you are getting at very cheap price. The build quality is sound and device is indeed beautiful in looks. If your need is a tablet at very economic price, just buy it. You will not regret!

Review comments after 40 days..
Product is good, but battery life is only 2hrs if you continue using. I brought this for my son online class. Con't use more thn 2hrs. Brightness is bit low and sound quality is ok but not bad

Very nice product
This is my second Alcatel product. Earlier one was of 8 inch one and worked well for four years. 3 Gb RAM is impressive one in this price range. Battery capacity is little less but would go for a day with normal usage if Internet. This tablet is not meant for heavy usage of games.

Not Charging and Pathetic Service Center
Updated - The tablet is not charging within two weeks of purchase - The experience with service center is absolutely pathetic - it has been over 40 days - they keep giving excuses that parts have not come from China! On follow ups, they are getting aggressive !! Shocking, unprofessional and incompetent! I don't understand how MNC's can keep such pathetic service centers - the location in Delhi is so bad that i wasted an hour on foot trying to find the service center on foot in the small lanes. Then nobody was there in the middle of the day and i had to make a few calls just to submit the tablet.. and now, they are very rude.

Good for home schooling
The whole purpose of buying this product was for my child's school.. hence its good for a kid to use.Camera quality is just okay types.. the duo has limited feature in this tab. The back ground stuffs cannot be changed

Value for money product
I bought this product for my daughter online class via zoom meetings. Owing to my limited budget, I was looking for a Tablet which can give me value for money. This Alacatel 10T tablet product specification seemed the best available fit (in terms of 3 GB RAM, 32 GB storage, 5 MP front camera) for 11499 Rs. Tablet works just fine. Touch is responsive, clarity of camera is good and speed is just fine. All in all, a value for money product.

Good one for online classes but Pathetic after sales support..
Alcatel is always a good brand with decent quality.. Serves the purpose, value for money at 11K. Battery life is just fine, use is almost continuous for 4-5hrs with audio and video. Every feature is above average but do not expect too much. Camera is just average and at lower light, not to the mark.Now coming to the major set back, the service is absolute zero with no service centers, no reply to mails or calls, so bad to understand an international brand so pathetic in service..
