Does help considerably when using an Apple Pencil. Not quite the same as writing on paper, but an improvement nonetheless. Textured feel seems to collect dust more easily.

For context, I never write Amazon reviews but this product was so bad I couldn’t let anyone else waste their money on it.The first red flag was how disgusting and dirty the exterior of the package arrived (it was that dirty even though it came in the amazon packaging). It literally came covered in dirt (pictured)?? Even after seeing the gross packaging, I figured I would still give it a shot. Before I could even install it I realized the screen wouldn’t even fit on my ipad?? I got the correct size, but either the camera or home button would be off in one way or another (pictured). Upon looking at the rest of the materials this product came with, the stickers look like they’d already been used then stuck back on the sticker sheet (pictured) & the blue film sheet was crinkled with a HAIR underneath it (pictured, but kinda hard to see in the photo). I have never been so grossed out. I was hoping to give this product the benefit of the doubt, but PLEASE don’t waste your money!

Received a normal glass screen protector, not the paper-like screen protector I ordered. The screen protector I received is not matte, anti-glare, or textured.

I do like drawing on my iPad with this texture over a typical shiny/smooth or no screen protector. I feel as if it helps have more control over my pencil.The cutouts for the camera and edges were a little off but was able to make it work fine.Great product for the price
