Great book
This book is very interesting and educational. 1 thing I HATED the letter is SO tiny and on graphics is still smaller so had a hard time reading them, still 5 star review because it is a worth it nothing that a magnifying glass 🔍 can’t handle lol.

Wonderful guide to accessing and enlivening your energy!
I have been exploring alternative/complementary health topics for 30 years. I am a certified instructor for the Chopra Center in meditation and Ayurveda, I have studied Qigong in depth, and I am a certified breath coach. But even with all of my training and exploration, I found this book to be extremely educational and supportive in my practices. Dr. Morter provides detailed practices for moving energy and supports them with real life examples. There is a lot here -- the sheer number of exercises may seem overwhelming, but each builds on the previous practice. But best of all, Dr. Morter also has links to online video training to ensure you perform the practices as described. So you not only get a book, but an online course as well! My only wish is that she create a workbook to go alongside the program where the practices could be laid out step by step with options to add personal notes as you progress through the exercises. An excellent resource!

Get the kindle version - the printed book font is tiny
This is a masterpiece by Sue morter. She is really dedicated to lifting others into a space that is truly what we are at our core. I bought the print edition first but the text is tiny so I got the kindle and it’s much better.

Life Changing!
I feel like this book should be required reading for 11-12th graders, seriously! Where was this book when I was younger?This book has the ability to literally change lives. EVERYONE would benefit from reading this. I’m actually listening to the Audio version, then realized I would want my own copy of this one; for myself & for family & friends to borrow.SOO GOOD! Super informative & Dr. Sue makes all the science/medical talk very easy to digest. I just LOVE her & her passion about her work.

Life changing
I bought this book after listening to it on Spotify. I wanted to read it again. I am very familiar with chakras, prana and energy meditation. Even so, this book delivers clear, beautiful descriptions of energy healing and yoga practices. Reading it has reinvigorated my practice and my teaching.

NOT GREAT ON KINDLE, get the printed edition
I want to disagree with this book being presented by Amazon as "Great on Kindle". It is precisely NOT great on kindle. As any book with exercises that you want to look up and reread time and again, it is very difficult to use on a kindle. I found her exercises of sufficient interest to want to use them but kept putting this off because it is not easy to surf the book and establish which exercises to begin with and then to incorporate more into routine. Also the charts are totally not readable on kindle. So I read through the book on kindle and then began following Sue Morter on her web site. For anyone interested in the book, I recommend paperback.I feel the exercises she proposes are very helpful. I think she makes them work for the average person. I agree with other reviewers that there is nothing particulary new about these exercises, in fact they can all be found in yoga and chi kung or in kinesiology. But she puts them together in a useful, workable package which can be easily understood by the western layperson.I recommend the book, but not the kindle edition.
