1st time I took it, I actually could not get to sleep for hours and when I finally did, I woke up with terrible kidney pains. I thought it was because I did not drink enough water when I took it. After getting my kidney pain to stop (several days later), I tried it again, this time with at least a cup of water and again, no sleep for hours, no pain relief and kidney pain upon waking. Me being me, after over a week, I tried it again, this time with a full liter of water and again, little sleep, no pain relief and extreme kidney pain that has lasted the better part of a week.

I use this product when I have an ache at night and want to sleep well. Doesn't make you wake up groggy

I have suffered with Fibromyalgia for more than 13 years. I choose not to use prescription medications because of side effects and in some cases lack of effectiveness. A friend gave me some of these to try. From the very first night I fell asleep quickly and slept soundly throughout the night. I woke feeling rested and had less pain. After the 3rd day of using my friends sample I ordered my own. Ordering through Amazon saved me about half of what it would have cost getting it from my local health food store.

Used this product to help me with with chronic neck pain and sciatica and fibromyalgia. I wasn't sleeping well and only getting 3 hours. The melatonin helped regulate my sleep pattern, and when I finished the bottle I switched to the product without the melatonin as that had done its regulating job.

For anyone who cannot take Ibuprofen, Motrin, Advil, Celebrex, etc. (diagnosis of Crohn's Disease, ulcerative colitis, bleeding tendencies from anticoagulants, etc.) for pain relief, IbuActin is a good alternative. The PM version has plant-based herbs that help sleep, too.

I've been using this product for more than a few months. It seems to be a pretty good alternative to traditional ibuprofen.

The ingredients in Solaray products are high quality. The price is fair. This product is effective, I would recommend it.

This supplement does exactly what it says it would do. I am most pleased with it. I take it about 40 minutes before going to bed. It minimizes pain and allows me to have a restful night's sleep.
