Exotic Environments Rock Arch with Plants Aquarium Ornament, Small

The packing was a lot better this time. It can in tact and ready. Love the look. It’s hard to find blue items in this hobby but I really like this.

The plants on this arch look real and are big enough for my Betta to rest on. I have not done the silk hose test, because I don't have any hosiery, but the plants seem to be nice and soft. I have seen Rufus (my Betta) go through the arch multiple times without any problems to his fins, which I check everyday for signs of damage. The arch fits really well in a five gallon tank and looks great too! It does look a little different than the picture, but I think that has to do with the angle of the photo. I haven't had it for long, so I cant judge the durability but I think it will hold up well.Note- I am a new fish keeper and my first fish died of a bacterial infection, I think. For that reason I cleaned all my tank ornaments with scalding water. The glue holding on the plants started to melt but I was able to notice in time. If you ever need to clean your ornament of bacteria just keep an eye on the glue.

I give it 4 stars, because it came on time, and it looked like the picture, and it's safe for my Betta. There's a hole for him to swim through, but he never does, which is awesome because I'm afraid the edges could be sharp. The only thing I disliked, ALOT, where the fake plants... so I ripped them both off :)It looks even better in my tank, and simple :)

Arrived in good condition. The leaves got a little crinkled on the tips but it was an easy fix. I used my straightener on a low setting very lightly and straightened them out. Other than that the product came just as it looks in the picture. It is very beautiful and perfect for a beta fish. I own a 3 gallon tank and it takes up most of the space. I keep it in the middle of the tank as a center piece. It gives the tank a more natural look for the fresh water environment. Just add a few flowers or other small decorations to go with it. It looks Great! :)

So with a heavy heart I have to give this a 2 out of 5 starts. I put this piece in my 5 gallon tank, it was the perfect size! However, the plant on the front was not position like the one on the picture, it was positioned in a more downward angle, which aesthetically looked fine but was not safe for the fish. I had one die 2 days after putting it in their tank by getting trapped between the rocks and plant. Thinking if just was a freak accident i just left the decoration in the tank. Then this morning when i woke up I had yet another missing fish (just a day after the first). In the same spot as the first there he was, he had gotten stuck there and died. I immediately took this piece out of my aquarium. My fish were/are tiny (3 guppies and a neon tetra) there was no way this should have happened.

I received this in a short about of time, and it seems like an okay tank accessory. It's a little smaller than I expected, but I am happy with what I got. The "silk" leaves are mor like a soft plastic, and they're very skimpy. I'm sure that if you wanted to rip them, it wouldn't take much.

Mine did have the blue color like you see in other pictures through here. I removed all of the plants and siliconed the holes where they were in. The decoration does look nice but I'm just not a fan of the blue. It did arrive safely for the most part. One of the corners on the rock formation did chip a little. The inside is hollow too.

I'm very happy with this piece of fish tank decor, and so is my betta. He looks cute swimming among the plants and through the arch, and I like that it gives him something rather big to hide behind. It doesn't perfectly real (because it's not) but I really don't mind. The leaves haven't collected any algae or anything, and the rocks haven't scratched my betta's fins. All in all very satisfied with the way this looks and the habitat it provides for my fish.

My Betta fish uses this as his bed. He sleeps in the hole in the Rock and loves swimming around the plants. Perfect size for my 5 gallon aquarium.

Very nice ornament, looks great in my 5 gallon betta tank.
