Ok, obsessed with this little griddle! I’ve cooked so many different things on it ranging from steak, French toast, eggs and everything comes out delicious *chefs kiss*. Great price and size, especially for 1-2 people. And even more especially if you love hibachi food.

The price is what attracted us to this unit, much cheaper than the brand that ends in Stone. Perfect for camping 4-6 people, great for side dishes too. So far we've done bacon, eggs, hash browns, cheesesteaks, carne asada tacos, salmon, and grilled veggies. The legs fold up which is great for storage but they do feel a little flimsy. One thing we noticed that in high/cold windy situations it has trouble keeping temp, we used a tarp wrapped around our popup canopy to create a wind break and then it worked flawlessly. Definitely recommend purchasing a cheap griddle cooking tool set with spatulas and scraper. Easy to clean and light coat of cooking oil before packing away, haven't had any rust. Comes with a cover which is nice. 4.5/5 would recommend.

I was tired of the clean up of multiple pots and pans as well as the limited amount of cook space when cooking with traditional camping stoves and grills. This griddle is way cheaper than the big name brand griddles and does and amazing job of cooking large meals and clean up is a breeze. I like to cook a large breakfast while camping with friends and this thing has plenty of room for all your food. When your done spray a little water on it to loosen and steam up then use a scraper to remove any stuck on food. Then just wipe it clean and let it cool and wipe down with some flaxseed oil. This will do anything a griddle can do and just about everything a grill will do to. Folds down for easy transport and has a nice cover that comes with it. Don't forget to buy a set of griddle spatulas and scrapers and you'll be all set.

As many have stated, the bottom 1/4 of it doesnt get much heat so its more like a holding spot or you can start things there and then rotate them around so the ones that were at the colder spots now get the direct heat. I cook for about 4-5 people on it frequently, if you plan on cooking for a lot of people id look into a flat top/griddle with a larger area to cook on, it is no problem to cook for as many people as you want on it but it would be a lot quicker with a larger one. Also it doesnt have much area to store anything or hang much from so make sure you have a spot to place cooked food etc on.

Works as expected.i don't like cleaning the top and pulling the grease towards me.i took the griddle off and turned the grease port to the back.much happier with it that way.

I bought this for camping and set it up on the porch to get familiar with it. Have now used it several times and I am Very happy with this purchase. Have done eggs over easy, pancakes, French toast and stir fry with no problems. Would go five stars but I haven’t owned it long enough.
