The cake taste good coming out of the oven. Yet, next day the cake taste griddy and could taste the powdery cake mix and oil. I will pass on this cake mix.

I am an experienced baker and usually bake from scratch, but since white GF cakes are not an easy task, I thought I would try this. The batter tasted good so I thought maybe this would be good. But while the texture of the finished product wasn't bad, the taste was absolutely disgusting and left a bad after taste in your mouth. I threw the entire cake in the trash. You're better off learning to bake GF cakes from scratch.

Cake mix is a easy gluten free option when you don’t want to make your own but they were dry.

Let's face it. If it's GF it's usually not up to par flavor-wise. This cake mix comes pretty close to tasting like a regular cake mix. It's the only GF mix I use. Chocolate is actually better than vanilla.
