Let down
Primaforce Cissus, is a much more well performing supplement for me and I use it often for training recovery etc...This SNS brand didn’t provide the same healing aspects, pain relief and is more expensive too!

It works!!
I used this because I have really dry joint (mainly shoulders and knees) and it made pretty much all the pain go away so I could go back to lifting!

Might work for you.
Have tried Cissus a few times, but it doesn't seem to do much for me. did not feel an effect. Glucosamine and Fish oil seem to work better. Your mileage may vary.

Helped me in weight management
It makes me sweet more but it does help me to maintain weight & even loose a little. I haven't noticed it helping my knee.
