The dispenser looked very nice when it arrived and seemed easy to use. However, it soon started failing to dispense soap. Thinking the batteries I used were the problem, I changed them (this requires emptying the soap out, which is irritating). The battery compartment appeared to be covered in soap and was starting to corrode. I cleaned it, inserted new batteries and refilled it. It didn't work at all. It was apparent that the motor had failed and that this was due to an internal leak of soap, as once again the battery compartment had filled with soap and the corrosion was worsening. Overall, a very disappointing product. Returned for a refund.

Even though we are in the middle of Covid 19, I’ve always encouraged my family, and stressed the importance of good hand washing. Unfortunately I live with a bunch of mucky pups, who frequently. Leave my pump dispenser coved in all sorts, such as, paint, jam and oil. Bought this in desperation that I could wash my hands without having to wash the pump dispenser first. I am one happy mummy as it’s worked. Being stainless steel, it’s very easy to keep the unit clean. It has a very premium look about it. The clear window, let’s you know when the unit needs a top up. Delivers the correct amount of soap every time. Just pop your hands under the dispenser and the infrared sensor , delivers the soap. Given the current advice, this is a must for every household. The only downside is that the unit does not come with batteries, but tbh, it’s not a game changer.

The media could not be loaded. The sanitizer doesn't even come out of the nozzle. Don't waste your money.

Oh dear....the dispenser looks the business, well made and good quality...unfortunately it won't work for me. Tried diluting the liquid, almost to consistency of water, but no joy.The sensor is not very sensitive and takes a lot of gesturing to get it to make the noise but nothing dispenses! I took the batteries out to return and the battery compartment was full of water...maybe I had a faulty one but going to return it and choose something else.

Initially worked well. After a couple of weeks this lost effectiveness. The amount of soap it dispenses ranges from none to very little and it is really loud! Perhaps mine is faulty?

Its a lovely product I am using it as a sanitizer with my customers not to touch it. The only thing I would suggest is not to feel it completely to top as it makes it leek. Yes I would recommend this product

Just bought a replacement - what a difference.This one is rubbish, loud and hardly any soap even if diluted.Hand almost has to touch it to make it work. When it does work you have to trigger it 2 or 3 times for a tiny amount of soap. Obviously made with cheap inferior parts.Cheap, Nasty pile of cr#p.

Ottimo! Prodotto come da descrizione, facilissimo L utilizzo, riempimento agevole, provato con sapone denso funziona benissimo. La dose è regolata in modo adeguato i pulsanti hanno funzione di accensione e spegnimento. L oggetto al tatto restituisce sensazione di robustezza e buone finiture. Comodissimo e non si imbratta il piano di lavoro con il sapone. Consiglio !

Bello l'esteticaForse sono stato sfortunato io ma con tre tipi di detergenti x lavare la faccia diversi e provato anche a diluirlo con acqua ma non funzionava mettevo sotto la mano e scende a una goccia sola mi sono arreso ne ho acquistato un altro modello diverso

non è assolutamente un prodotto da acquistare il sapone non esce e se esce ne esce pochissimo, scusate il gioco di parole. sconsigliatissimo non perdete del tempo.

Ha funzionato solo per un paio di giorni, poi il liquido non uscita nonostante il rumore del sensore.Penso che sia stato difettoso, l'abbiamo pulito accuratamente, provato con solo acqua ma proprio non funziona.Amazon ha accettato subito il reso e fatto il bonifico

Mi è piaciuto il design semplice ed elegante, ma purtroppo non funzionante. Ho provato con tutti i tipi di sapone liquido ma nulla da fare, il prodotto non esce.Articolo da non compare.
