Adjusting the volume without getting feedback is challenging, but the unit operates well for the price. Don’t expect it to be like the speakers at the box office when you get tickets to a game or a show. The sound is more grainy. It sounds like a car ran over it.

I can only get static through it. No way to contact company. Amazon no help.

Decent product that gets the job done nicely. Only have a 4 star due to loose wiring that I easily fixed though.

Sometimes is break up or no clear on both sides..

I own a business and trying to talk through plexiglass and face masks unbearable so I tried the two way speakers and they were a game changer. We can now hear the customers and the customers can hear us.

Also buy a longer line to follow it. The sound is limited. Can't be bigger.
