I bought this to be used as a spare when cooking several side dishes at the same time. To my surprise it was MUCH BETTER than the one that had come as part of set of pans.

Not as sturdy as I was hoping

We had two pans and one removable handle that get used a lot. Omelettes can be finished off in a broiler by removing the handle, but on a gas flame underneath the included handle became damaged after a few months.These pans are useful, and being able to find a replacement handle was good. It has a slightly different mechanism but grips the rim as good as the previous one did.Let’s see how long it lasts.

I purchased this replacement handle less than a year ago, and unfortunately, it has already malfunctioned. Unlike other products on the market that reinforce the connection point with metal, this handle lacks such reinforcement. As a result, the connection point wears out quickly, leading to a breakdown.Continued use revealed a significant safety concern. While continuing to use it in a worn-out condition, the hot frying pan unexpectedly detached from the handle, leading to a highly dangerous situation. This experience was a potential disaster, emphasizing the critical need for caution when using this product

I haven’t actually used it for cooking just had it on the pots to try it out. It’s a little tricky to put on and take off at first

La posición de abierto no funciona, se queda igual, hay que forzarlo para abrirlo y no sirve para mis ollas, porque aunque dice que sirve para ollas con borde, el borde de mis ollas no entra de ninguna manera. Perdida de dinero porque no pude devolverlo ya que se me pasó el tiempo para hacerlo.

One handle was never proper assembled and it did not operate properly, very simple part but not completely assembled properlyNeither handle engages the cookware tightly, it is loose when trying to lift and lower the pan. The engagement cam/pawl should have some adjustment built in to insure secure engagement
