Pretty Good
These phones are pretty good (they seem loud to me, but I do not have hearing issues). I wish it had call block on it (and for the price, it should!), but even more than that, I wish it was a little more user friendly. My 82-year old Aunt has trouble remembering what all of the buttons are for - therefore she still cannot hear on the phone as well as we would like. When I am there to adjust things for her, she likes the phone. It seems pricey for what you get. I ordered the 2 extra handsets and the base with the answering system. It's a shame that the folks who need these items the most are charged an arm and a leg for them. She has only had them a few months, so I cannot speak to the durability.

Yes, I can hear, but little annoyances -
1- I do not use the answer phone, BUT the phone insists on numbering all calls I miss while I am out. Then, I had to figure out how to delete that number as it grows, and that was not easy either!2- The phones make short "ping" sounds at least twice a day as though they are "catching" a signal?3- I had the old Clarity phones, but then Comcast came and installed a new modem, and when he left, he said - "Oh, btw, none of your 3 hearing phones will now work!!" The new modem only works with wireless!! So I had to get rid of my wired Clarity phones which I loved and get these new ones.

Easy to see, hear and handle❤️
I’m not one to do videos or make statements but I love these phones and have four of them.

Great for a relative with hearing problems!
Noticeably louder than most cordless phones. The large buttons are backlit and easy to control. The interface is pretty simple - not too many options. Would be nice if the Talk and End buttons had text labels as well as icons.

Otherwise great. Large buttons and good enough sound for her
First phone my retired Mom has said was even passable. She did notice that when switching between phones when both on in close proximity that there is a lot of feedback. Otherwise great. Large buttons and good enough sound for her.

Miserable Setup and Ease of Use, but Good Sound Quality
Feature rich, but my 78!year old parents couldn’t figure out how to install them and make them work. Don’t purchase this product for your parents unless you plan on ore-configuring and installing it for them. Seriously. My mother liked the sound quality once I installed the phones, but I am completely dissatisfied with the ease of use, particularly for geriatrics. This issue makes these phones useless.

Volume buttons in wrong place.
Too sensitive to being dropped. Why are the volume buttons on the side for all amplified phones? My elderly parents keep turning the volume down during the call. The volume buttons are right where you hold the phone. If you hold the phone below the volume buttons, you get an echo. The engineers for these phones need to actually use their design for a while before marketing it.

I had to be careful to what I buy. ...
I had to be careful to what I buy., these are only wireless phones, but without the base to connect the landline. It doesn't explain these are additional phones only. Doesn't word themselves. Need the base/ and connections.

Perfect for those with visibility concerns
Bought this for my aging parents. They are comfortable using this phone. It provides them excellent visibility and easy to use.
