A&E Cage Co. Flight Cage & Stand, 32"x21", Burgundy

My 2 parakeets love this cage! Lots of room for them to move around in. It is best to use 2 people for assembly but can be done with one. That would be the only complaint is trying to line things up when putting it together but other than that it’s great and we are very happy with the purchase.

Awesome cage! Retail stores if you can find them charge 3x for the same exact cage.

I searched for a couple weeks before deciding on this cage. I'm familiar with A&E Cages from over a decade ago and knew that the one I had back then was very well made. This cage arrived sooner than expected without any issues. Great packaging for shipping and only took me about 35min to put together with the help of my adult son. I ran my hands over every inch to make sure there were no burrs on the welding anywhere. Only found one little spot which I used an emery board to file down. It was actually on the base of the stand so the birds wouldn't have been effected by it anyway. Safety for the FIDS is most important in their environment. This company has good quality control which impresses me. Zero bent bars, perfect alignment with the screws/nuts and bolts, also!A&E calls this "burgundy" which is a silvery reddish plum/ almost lavender tone, depending on lighting and surrounding furnishings. It's very unique and a lovely color! The stand is sturdy and wheels roll smoothly. I like that I can move the cage off the stand to another large table if I want to, so that is a bonus. My birds quickly settled in and are enjoying the space. Parakeets need width over height to exercise their wings and this cage does not disappoint. Money well spent.
