Extraordinary customer support !!
We love the fire, but after a couple of months the 'Flame Effect' stopped working.Left a message with 100&Home asking for some guidance. Viktor in customer support replied same day apologising for the inconvenience and with exactly what any customer hopes to hear..... "New item being despatched immediately... will arrive in two days... use the box this comes with to put the old unit in and this will be picked up the following day."Absolutely awesome... thank you Viktor!

Fits exactly the space left from an old gas fire
Gas fire condemned so needed something to go in its place. This fits exactly looks good and fits together easily. It cchucks out the heat too. and we like the flame effect which you can use without heat as it cheers the room

Disappointed
The ordering and delivery was fast and efficient but was surprised that it was flat pack and although I have built flat pack in the past I struggled with this. Two weeks after delivery I finally managed to get someone to put it together for me. The fire looks good and matches my decor but the fan is a bit noisy and tinny at times which is a bit distracting while watching TV. It is definitely more than 1 person assembly.
