Probably this cable is ok for laptops or notebook with C-type but for my android 9 devices didn't work.

I don't get great wifi in my home office and my laptop doesn't have an Ethernet port.This has solved both of those problems. Easy to install and works as advertised.

Doesn’t communicate with Nintendo switch.So therefore useless. Nintendo just reports device not connected.

I purchased this cable to connect my Samsung S20 plus to my PC for tethering mobile data. When I first received it the cable worked for data transfer bit did not allow me to tether my phones mobile data. Samsung have since then released the Android 11 update that supports Ethernet tethering and this now works. I cam now get mobile data speeds of around 300-400Mbps using this lead. Please note that this will not charge your device as it does not have a POE (power over ethernet) setup.
