Elbow Support Brace For Sporting Injuries Such As Tennis Elbow, Golf, Weightlifing And Daily Activities.

I have a chronic shoulder issue which stems from shoulder injuries and surgeries, and which is due to neuropathic nerve damage in my shoulder blade. I am in pain 24/7, some days worse than others. As part of my problem, i suffer from tennis elbow, or tennis elbow-like symptoms. I use an epicondyle clasp most days and this partially relieves the pain. I have started strapping this on over the top of the epicondyle clasp to give some extra support, and I must say it does help. I'm not sure if it's designed to be used that way, but I find it works better for me. I did try it on its own without the clasp, but it didn't really do anything at all that way. I'll carry on with it now as an additional support, and for that purpose I really like it. If you just need some medium support rather than pain relief, I expect this would work really well and when I return to hockey as I'm hoping to shortly once lockdown/tiers are sorted out, I will wear this during the match as I do find I end up with aches and an inflamed elbow from gripping the stick. Hopefully this will help.

It's ok for this type of elbow support and at £4.99 the price is reasonable. However personally I found this of little use, and will stick to an actual tennis elbow brace with a compression pad, as I get a good amount of relief when using those. So this one wasn't for me, however it would be better than nothing and may suit some people with milder problems.I hope you found this helpful. Please let me know if you did. 😊

For £4.99 you can’t really go wrong. This is a simple elbow support which is comfortable to wear and is of a good fit. Perfect for tired elbows to give added support. I would t say it is suited for a bad injury like a tennis elbow but I believe the pricing reflects that.

This elbow support comes packaged in a plastic ziplock bag.The elbow support is comfortable with a strong dual stretchy Velcro works beautifully and fitted me perfectly with plenty of spaces for larger elbows.Once I strapped it on my problem left elbow, I felt immediately comfortable and elbow feels good and less aches.I couldn't believe that this product could give my elbow such relief and support.I thoroughly enjoyed the amazing support and shall be wearing it when needed.Great value and not to be missed for those who have dodgy elbows!I don't have anything negative to add.

I was very disappointed with this elbow support brace. I tightened up the support as much as possible but it still didn’t provide adequate support. Tightening the brace just made my elbow hurt more.
