Cheap, flimsy, hazardess. Avoid wasting your money.
Very flimsy not sturdy at all. It does not allow for even pressure, if you put even a slight bit of pressure one side it bends and tilts in that direction which isn't very supportive. It also keeps sliding on the floor both on carpet and on wooden. The rollers also catch your skin so you would have to wear socks but less effective. Finally the levels aren't secure, it keeps dropping to a lower level and as someone who has a back back this is a major pain trigger, not to mention the amount of times I've had to bend down to readjust. For £30 I'm extremely disappointed. This is something you would expect to see in those cheap stores that sell all kinds of crap for the home. Not to mention that the box it came in was tatty and poorly taped. Clearly a returned product. Avoid at all costs.

Perfect for sitting at your desk all day teaching
Another lock down another month of teaching online. This time I have a new desk and chair but I was a bit uncomfortable - this foot rest is perfect - adjustable height, I can roll my feet back and forth on it when I'm waiting for my students to give me sensible answers and l don't feel uncomfortable at my desk any more.

Definitely would recommend!
Honestly amazing addition to my working from home space! If you are short like me this is perfect - super easy to adjust the height and the roller balls are very comfortable. It’s so good I’ve got my Mum one too!

Not sturdy enough
This footstool needs you to have both feet on each side to stop it tilting which makes the massage rollers in the middle somewhat redundant. I fixed the issue by placing a box behind the footstool that stopped it from moving backwards, fixed the tilt angle and made it a whole lot sturdier. For this reason, I won't be returning it but I don't think I can recommend it.

It'll do the job, beware of wall scuffs.
I've been using this for 9 months, I'm still using it. I've moved my home office location recently so I've used it in two locations on two different floor types. Nothing has broken, it's still as good as day one. But I'm not exactly happy with it .The product slides quite a bit, on carpet and on hard floor. The rollers are more of a gimmick that don't offer a ton of relief or comfort. I'd still have them over not, but that's likely personal preference. The bad part. This will ruin your walls, baseboards, anything it's coming up against regularly. The black plastic is awful at leaving marks. The way the hard corners scrape the wall will leave indents over time that require filling and painting. I even had to sand my wall down to get rid of the plastic that had left a shiny black layer.I don't start with the product against the wall, quite the contrary. But over the course of an hour or so it slides back and I have to remember to pull it back away regularly throughout the day so I don't make marks on the wallI'm going to be looking at a vinyl wrap to protect my wall in my new office space in hopes of preventing this. Otherwise I might go with the softer pillowy option for a foot rest in the near future.

It does he
I’m happy with this but it is quite heavy for me and can be a pain literally to move to the right place to get comfortable, but once there it is fine. The different heights and angle are good because we are all different people so it should suit most people. It’s not nice to look at but it’s not an ornament so I can live with it as it does help me. Overall I am glad I bought it but not sure I would buy again and it still remains to see how long it will last because it’s a hard plastic construction which means a joint could crack or break, it might very well be that it lasts for a long time before wear and tear kicks in. Although I had reservations about it I’m happy enough. Definitely worth trying and not a bad price either.

just about functional
The bidirectional nature and center support for the foot rest means the foot test is not stable if you do anything other than have your feet perfectly balanced, making shifting one's legs about a rather disconcerting experience.Had doubts about the effectiveness of the massage function, but it's surprisingly effective! The only criticism I have of the massage function is that it's rows of fixed balls on rods, as opposed to each ball being a independently spinning object, making it really only good for massaging one foot at a time.

You won’t know how much you need this until you try it
I’ve long struggled with posture since working from home, and purchasing a fancy chair just wasn’t enough to fix this. Having purchased this, I can say that my back problems are gone and I couldn’t work without this now!I love the rollers on the unit, it’s incredibly satisfying to use. Other reviewers mention that this unit slides, which it can do depending on the surface (mine is laminated flooring and even then it’s not too bad). I would certainly recommend others try this because it’s game-changing for me
