The church organ has two chambers holding speakers. there is no problem with sound in the sanctuary, but streaming is a problem. will the pro 45 help?

Is this mic 360 or 180 degree mic?

Tried these for our 25-kid choir at school - stage is at one side of gym. speakers mounted outside proscenium. horrible feedback. any advice? thanks!
