I love this brand to make Royal Icing, the results are always consistent and the flavor is good. Some other companies make meringue powder that takes like dog vomit and you really have to work extracts to cover it.

I own a small bakery specializing in custom hand decorated shortbread cookies. I use that Americolor Meringue Powder when preparing Royal Icing. Hands down, this is my favorite, and I have tried a lot if other highly recommended meringue powders. With the Americolor product I get icing that is quite smooth and has fewer bubbles than the other brands. It dries with a lovely finish and a not too hard bite.

I run a small cookie business and my teacher recommended this meringue powder. It is easy to use and the consistency is perfect. I wish the container was a little bit burger and it had more of a vanilla flavor. Overall it is a great purchase and it tastes delicious!

I really like this meringue powder. The flavor is much better than Wilton which has a weird tang to it. In order to get stuff icing, I did have to use more powdered sugar than the recipe on the lid called for, but I highly recommend it. I want to try their food colors.

The best merengue powder on the market. Has no funky flavor like others (they can tend to taste perfumy). Tasty vanilla flavor, smooth texture and it does not separate (royal icing) like every other brand. I can leave royal icing bagged on the counter for a few days and it won't separate. I can put in the fridge for months without separation.
