Thank you Amazon customer service!
This is a replacement for the one I had bought last year. The AIO developed a noise on start-up and system, Ryzen 9, 64g ram and Windows 10, began running very hot, 100c+, and would shut down. Thanks to the nice person at Amazon customer service my system is now running at a very healthy 25-50c depending on load. As a 'budget' AIO this little unit from MSI is brilliant.

Failed after 3 month - Potential to damage system
Great cooler, love how the pump is in the radiator which makes install options much more open, especially in cases were you have to front install the radiator.Only let down is that it does not come with the LGA1700 mounts for the new 12th Gen motherboards. However you can claim this for free from MSI, so fair enough to MSI for this. MSI UK were also brilliant as they would respond to my queries extremely quickly (sometimes within 5min) and were able to source a LGA bracket for me and send out next day. I dont think i've ever witnessed support this good and efficient. Hats off to MSI UK.-----UpdateFailed after 3 month, MSI released an article declaring a fault with these. Saw temps rise to 60 on average for idle use. PC was hot to the touch!!! Switched to an Artic Freezer II AIO and its been great. I regret going for an all MSI build to be honest. I would avoid there components in the future.

Excellent, really good looking cooler.
I bought this for my dad for his new PC build, and we wanted something that not only cooled his OC’d i5-10600KF, but also looked amazing. It did not disappoint. The build quality is exceptional, incredibly sturdy and made out of really nice feeling materials. The RGB lights look amazing, and its all conjoined with his Z490 Gaming Pro Carbon to give the same colours, with MSI’s inbuilt tool. The cooling strength is WAY more than capable, with a 5.1Ghz OC at stable 66-70°C. Doesnt even break a sweat, incredibly quiet too. Was easy to install, and i will definitely be buying MSI again! Ive been using MSI for 12 years now and not one of their products has disappointed me. Highly recommend this cooler if you are looking for a great 360mm for your money.

Works very well
I bought this as I have an MSI motherboard and there are similar products from other well known vendors. This product appears very well made and fixings are provided for a variety of installation options. The install itself was easy and the cooler is very quiet in operation (pump and fans are both quiet).I'm very happy with the cooling ability. My system is currently based on a Ryzen 7 2700 and even at sustained 100% CPU load the temperature is still only mid 30s Celsius. I intend to upgrade the CPU in time and I'm confident the cooler will be able to handle the upgrade to a more demanding CPU.

Fine at first but after 11 months the AIO is failing
Was all great in the first few months but recently I have had a over heating issue with this my cpu (ryzen7 3800x) will hit over 100 degrees and my system has even turned off a few times

Excellent product until pump fails afew months in.
Edit to orginal review: 5 stars down to 2. works brilliantly at first but the first one i recieved the pump failed after about 4 months use, but i thought these things can happen so had a replacment sent. Replacement worked again brilliantly at first then 6 months in the pump failed on the second unit. Did some digging on this issue and turns out that it is a known issue and very common failure on this model. Hence MSI released the V2. So in short avoid this cooler unless its the V2 as pump will fail. Iv left my orginal review attached belowReally easy to install and straight forward to fit radiator. Really quiet pump and fans seem of a really good build quality. Not had chance to check the lights yet as awaiting a controller as my MB has 4pin 12v connector not the 3pin 5v one this plugs into but that's my mistake nothing to do with product.Reduced my temps on a ryzen 7 3700x from touching 70c under max load (not overclocked) with standard stock wraith cooler to around 55c under load and over clocked to 4.5MHz. And massive bonus no more jet engine taking off like the stock cooler used to do in fact only fans I hear now are on my gpu as this keeps temps so low fans never need go above 50%.Would recommend this to anyone looking for a Aio

Excellent CPU Cooler
This cooler keeps my CPU temperatures right down and definitely worth having as it lowers the risk of overheating therefore damaging other components. The nice RGB fans are cool and the cooler overall looks quite nice in the case.A little tricky to install but nothing too difficult. Plenty of YouTube videos on how to install it correctly.Fits in my Be Quite 500 case perfectly!

Have had to edit this cooler as had loads of probs now
I had already left feedback for this msi cooler which was all good as I build pcs and started using this cooler to match my builds so after I used 2 of them on builds they all seemed really good kept things nice and cool.Anyway in my 3rd buy of this cooler things went bad and one of my builds was cooking the cpu at 75c standby and over 100c when gaming for just over 10mins.It’s meant to be around 30c standby maybe hotter with a Ryzen as I build intel and around 65 to 75c tops when gaming with intel maybe a touch higher with Ryzen. So the pump failed after 1 week of selling the build. It does happen and can happen with pc parts so thought it was just a one off.My last build a few weeks ago lasted just 3 days of me testing then the temps shot up again so again the pump failed or there was a blockage somewhere and it was cooking the pc again.2 out 4 is terrible and if you don’t know about pcs a lot you will wreck you pricey gaming Pc so from now on I will stay clear which is a shame as it did look good but this is the most unreliable cpu cooler I have used in 10 years.Make your own mind up but MSI should be looking at these coolers it was not just a one off.
