I think it is comfortable to wear and it has been effective. My only complaint was that the gel pack seemed to burst when I switched from using hot and cold. I think it happened when I warmed up the gel pack.

This is the second one the first one I returned because the gel pack bust leaked or bust and then receive the second one within a week that also busts I like the concept of it it fits good it feels good it stays cold okay not real long but it's okay. I returned to get my money back and find a different one this time
