Best gluten free flour ever!
Howdy, y’all! I just gotta share my two cents on Pamela’s Gluten-Free Flour Mix. This here flour has been a real blessing for our kitchen, especially with a few gluten-free folks in the family.First off, I was a bit skeptical ’cause you never know how these gluten-free products will turn out. But lemme tell ya, this flour mix works like a charm! I’ve whipped up everything from biscuits to pancakes, and you wouldn’t know they’re gluten-free unless I told ya.The texture is smooth and it blends right in, just like any regular flour. No gritty aftertaste or weird consistency—just good ol’ fashioned baking with a gluten-free twist. My cornbread came out fluffy and my chocolate chip cookies were a hit with the whole family, gluten-free or not. This flour’s a cinch to use. Just swap it in cup-for-cup with your regular flour, and you’re off to the races. No special instructions or extra ingredients needed. It’s sturdy enough for doughs and delicate enough for cakes, making it a real workhorse in the kitchen. What really impressed me was how well it held up in our Texas heat. Even with the oven blazin’, my baked goods came out perfect every time. Plus, it’s versatile enough to handle all my favorite recipes without any fuss.So if you’re lookin’ for a gluten-free flour that performs as good as your old trusty all-purpose, give Pamela’s a try. It’s a true-blue winner in my book, and it’ll have you bakin’ up a storm in no time. Highly recommend for anyone who loves good bakin’ without the gluten. Yeehaw!

The best gluten free flour is Pamela's
MY husband is gluten intolerant and I've had a difficult time finding a good substitute for regular all purpose flour. Most of them taste like uncooked flour and leave a heavy strange aftertaste in your mouth, but Pamela's doesn't. In face I have found that some of our "regular recipes" using all purpose flour tastes better with Pamela's gluten free all purpose flour. I just substitute it for one to one measurements. It's my go to forever. So good and handy to use.

LOVE Pamela’s!!!
Pamela’s products are truly the best. I love using this flour in place of regular flour—it works seamlessly. Also, Pamela’s has some AMAZING recipes on her site that use this flour. I make gluten-free baked goods all the time, and more often than not, people can’t even tell that it’s gluten-free. Best flour I’ve found.

Just like bread flour
I really like this flower because it works as a one for one conversion for wheat flour. I’ve had great success, making all kinds of breads with this and would recommend it is the best one that I found on the market that does not have corn wheat soy.

Best for GF baking!
I've always adored Pamelas GF flours! The AP Flour is truly the best to bake cakes, breads, and sweet breads with! Superb! I use their bread flour and the recipes on the back for foolproof delicious bread as well!

Love that there is no Xanthum gum in this!
Works in every recipe beautifully. I avoid corn and corn derived ingredients (Xanthum gum) as it triggers my allergy symptoms. Love that this is one of the only GF blends that omits it. I do fine with guar gum so I add that to recipes that call for the Xanthum as a binder/glutinous/emulsifier component GF flour is lacking! Happy baking!!

The best GF flour ever!
This is the best GF flour I've ever used. I've used it in bread loaves, cupcakes, muffins and cakes and no one can tell it it's gluten free. I finally found flour that makes being gluten free not terrible!
