I purchased this for my Mossberg maverick 88. It was easy to snap on and fit right in place. It stays secure when shooting.

Pros: Same height as the stock sights on my M&P 9 2.0 5". In the day time, the contrasting green/orange colors, makes it easier and faster to focus my eye onto the front sight. There are side windows instead of only just top windows, unlike most other alternatives, allowing the fiber optics to collect more light in the day time.Cons: At night the orange rear is noticeably dimmer than the green front. The contrasting colors still make it easier to pick out the front sight, but the dim rear sights are harder to see in medium amounts of lighting, or if my eyes are not adjusted to the dark. I'm not sure if this is normal or intended, I read that the orange tritium vials only last 1/3 the years that the green ones do. So if the one I got had a year stamp that was 1-2 years old, half of its usable life might be gone.Other: Had to file the sights to fit in the dovetails, but that's to be expected. Contrasting green/orange colors is nice, but orange rear might have shorter life for low-light use. Might want to consider the green/green version of this product if that is an issue for you. Or, maybe green/orange is good for you if you intend to use this in the day time, but just want a minimal amount of low-light capability as an additional bonus.

Can see it really well especially in low light. Clips right onto the barrel. Stays tight. Have to tweak it a little though get it spot on

Easy install on my 870 HD and the sight comes with several replacement fiber pipes in different colors. Would highly recommend this over the similar TruGlo product.

I've bought five sights for each of my 12 gauge shotguns. They are a great improvement over the bead sight. The package includes several different colored plastic tubes which are easy to change so you can have a yellow, green, orange or red sight. The device snap on easily and is secure but I do use a piece of electrical tape in ensure the sight doesn't get moved.

This is very well made. It’s spring steel over-molded with plastic so it will not crack like another lesser product I bought on Amazon. Nice that it included different colored light tubes.

My early 1990’s vintage 870 Marine Magnum has an 18” barrel. There is not enough room between the bead on pedestal sight and OEM barrel extension bracket for the HIVIZHIVIZ® MPB sight cutouts to fit. The current 870 Marine Magnum at Remington’s website now lists a 18.5” barrel. That one may be right for this sight.

Do not hesitate on deciding which fiber optic sight to buy. This is the one you want!!! I'm own most of the top fibre optic sights on the market and this one is a jewel to use and own. I'm buying a half dozen of these for all my plain barrel .12 and .20 Ga shotguns. The installed green fibre optic very nearly can be used in a dark room. It's one of the highest quality fibre optic sights for working in low light conditions. In bright light it comes alive and is a beacon you just cannot miss seeing and lining up great shots. You'll want one on all your plain barrel shotguns once you own one of these. I have quite a few shotguns, so I can assure you these work on just about any Remington, Mossberg, Baikal, Winchester, Cooey, Ithaca, H&R, New England Arms, Browning, Stevens, Hatsan, and Savage. So if it fits all of them, it's pretty much going to fit any plain barrel in those Gauges mentioned. It fits snuggly and doesn't budge or move one bit from the firearms recoil. Even with 3 1/2 in BB Mag rounds. I can't fault it one bit. The other 3 included fibre optic colours is another bonus that will keep me coming back to just this company. Now to buy one for every single plain barrelled shotgun I own. This is going to be expensive, but so worth it.

Unit fits very tight on sxp barrel, can't see it moving around, but time will tell. Only shouldered with the green insert, very bright, way faster reference than bead alone.

Very simple add on to any shotgun. Much better than just the bead in my opinion. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it will move slightly off center after a while (mostly due to transport/storage of the gun, not so much from shooting) just wish it was slightly tighter.

Fantastic product. Lights up like a flashlight in high levels of light. Moderately bright even in low light conditions. Easy to install and the multiple colors of light tube are a huge bonus. Absolutely recommend.

Wanted a high visibility bead-type sight that would fit, without drilling, on a Winchester Model 12 that I'm converting to a riot model. The notch on this sight fits perfectly over the barrel/magazine clamp on the Model 12. The choice of five different bead colors is a nice touch.
