Great Smoker for the money
Bought the Broil King Crown 500, and it is excellent. Very easy to assemble and use. If you buy this model you will need to download the Broil King iQue app, the other BK app is not for this model. It works great once you set it up, suggest taking the time to do this prior to doing your initial burn off. The preset buttons are very nice and makes things easy. The quality of the materials used is incredible, much higher quality than the Pit Boss or other less expensive smokers that you can buy in the big box stores. I put this product on par with the higher end products like Wolf, Viking and Traeger.Smoked a 19lb brisket utilizing a technique of smoking first until the fat is rendered to a translucent state (I left too much fat in some areas during the trimming process) and the internal temp is above 165, then coating the entire brisket with Beef Tallow (Wagu Beef Tallow is the best to use) and wrapping the brisket in Pink Butchers Paper, then continue to smoke it until the internal temp reaches 203 (Temp probes worked perfect and dead on with the app). Also, I smoke some Chicken Leg Quarters and Venison Sausage utilizing the same techniques of smearing tallow on them (Pork Tallow), then wrapping and continued smoking them as well. I will say the chicken was the juiciest I have ever had, and the sausage came out with incredible flavor as well. Used one complete bag of the BK Mesquite Pellets for this 17hrs of smoking. The smoke ring on the Brisket could have been a little deeper had I trimmed the brisket a bit and of course used a smaller brisket. All in all, I am truly happy with my BK Crown 500 smoker. Well worth the money, easy to use, easy to clean and pretty much completely goof proof! I highly recommend this product!

Not Made in America, but is well made.
This grill would've gotten more stars, but was falsely advertised as "made in America", which was a major deciding factor in this purchase. It is made in China. Though, the grill seems well made and sturdy. We've only had it a week, but are happy with how our food has turned out so far. The temp gets hot enough to sear, which seems to be a problem with other "name brand" pellet grills. It's labeled well and easy to assemble.

Quality made!
I’m very pleased with this grill overall, the only issue is the temp offset. It maintains temp flawlessly but is about 35deg cooler than the display. This seems to be a common issue. Now that I’m aware, I just make the necessary offset myself. Broil king is sending a replacement thermocouple but it’s on backorder. I still recommend it to anyone. Made very sturdy.

Great results easily -well worth the money
I ran an offset stick burner for almost 20 years and loved it. I like this better. After almost a month I've done whole chickens and chicken wings, ribs, pork chops, pulled pork and a loin end roast, a brisket; even hot dogs and a pizza. The ability to start low and smoky and then quickly and precisely raise the temp is key. The temp control so far has been impeccable in 75-90 outside air temps and calm winds. +/- 5 degrees of set point. It will run over about 10 degrees when going from 235 to 300 but quickly settles down. The app is a little wonky and I have not been able to run the controller from my phone, but the basic functionality is there.( I would subtract 1/2 a star for that) Being able to monitor cooker temp and meat temp while in the kitchen doing other things is huge. I find the probe accurate to within a degree of my instant read. When I started looking at pellet smokers a year ago I was considering Traeger, Camp Chef and others but decided I wanted American made and have not been disappointed. When I started unpacking and felt the heft of the thick stainless heat deflectors and drip tray, the cast iron grates and the heavy gauge chassis I knew I made a good choice and it was worth the price - which really is very reasonable.

Temps are not accurate- you’ll need to buy a third party temp monitor
UPDATE: Broil king customer service knows it's an issue but after a few emails back and forth they just quit replying and ignore my emails. Look elsewhere for a grill. I finally gave up and drilled a hole in my lid to install a thermometer and use that to guide my cooks.I really want to like this grill. I was trying to upgrade from a smaller Traeger and wanted wifi monitoring/control.I was attracted to some of the features like the ash clean out and cast iron grates, which should help hold temps, and 600 degrees capable. The ability to ‘calibrate’ it via the app was attractive as well. The only problem is that when you set it to 350 the actual cooking temp is around 275. I started looking around on several Broil King forums and this is a known problem across the Baron line. So if you think you’re going to get 600 degrees- 500 is more realistic. If you call customer service they will tell you that you’re doing it wrong. I used their own meat probes, and confirmed with a calibrated third party probe next to to the meat probe and they both read within a couple of degrees. And the ‘calibration’ process doesn’t do anything. I burned through half a bag of pellets trying to calibrate but it’s still WAY off.It does hold a steady temp. I’ve come up with a cheat sheet to track the set temp vs actual temp. If I want 225 I need to set it to 275. If I want 350 I need to set it to 500-515. It renders the app and connected features useless though.
