Ordered as a spare throw for the sofa to keep it clean from dog and baby. Description says machine washable (“ Item Care: These are an easy care product: Machine Washable Quick to dry Do not dry clean Made from 100% extra soft Cotton, therefore are easy to clean...”) yet care label and packaging clearly states the complete opposite which is highly annoying so this will be returned. It also smells a bit funny and will definitely pull - not a strong waffle.

When the blanket arrived it looked fine, good quality, however the smell coming off it was horrible and musty like it had been stored somewhere and the smell had seeped into the material. I washed the blanket once and line dried it and it still smelled bad so I contacted the seller to ask for a refund, they said they don't use any chemicals etc so just to air it, which I did and it still smelled awful so I washed it again with double the amount of fabric conditioner and line dried it again which thankfully got rid of the smell! But I'm now left with a blanket which has shrunk due to washing it twice (washed at 30degrees) and obviously you don't want to have to wash a blanket twice before you use it.

This is a crispy heavy cotton, not lightweight or soft which is exactly what I wanted. Packaging good and stored in plastic bag. Product wrapped with ribbon. However, when opened, absolutely stunk and covered in fluff, dust and cobwebs with a bit of Sellotape that was dirty on the edge. Looked as if it had been dragged along the floor and smelled musty and dirty. Liked the blanket so decided to wash it. After the wash, it was still smelly and as it dries became misshapen .

Love it and perfect to cover a single bed.The colour is different in different lights, so hence I’ve included a few photos - orange in the light but I wouldn’t call it bronze! Goes beautifully with deep purple.Very slight smell if you buried your nose in it - but you wouldn’t notice if you hadn’t read the reviews. Couple of bits of fluff and a few snags but easy peasy to poke back through. Honeycomb weave is just what I was hoping for but probably not the best for dogs/cats as it isn’t a tight weave. Machine washable at 30c although I haven’t tried yet.I’d buy the Ochre for a double bed - but the size just isn’t right; either too big or too small…

I'm pleased with the actual throw. I like the size, texture, colour and softness of it. I know it was cheap, therefore, I consider it value for money. However, when I laid it out on the bed the entire throw had little 'bits' of alien thread and fluff all over it, like it had been dropped on to the floor of the manufacturing warehouse and had been scooped up and put into the wrapping without any inspection. Because it is a loose weave 'waffle' style throw the offending 'bits' have lodged themselves inside the knit and it has taken me over an hour to pick out them out, and I still haven't finished, which is very annoying!!!

It arrived and smelt very bad. It was a dark blue cover and came covered in masses of white fluff. I thought I'd wash it and I followed the recommendations to wash at 30 degrees. After line drying it managed to shrink 30 or so cms which made it difficult to cover my sofa length easily. All in all I wouldn't recommend if my experience is typical... there are others who have added 1 star and made these complaints. Are all the 5 stars true?

Lovely throw but annoying that even after being washed twice and tumble dried they are constantly shedding fluff everywhere. Meaning I’m having to hoover constantly I’ve given up and no longer using them to cover the sofas. Or to lay across the bed Money wasted 😞

Bought 2 of these throws, one in grey and one in navy. They arrived quick enough, and were the right colour, however thats the only positive thing I can say.Both blankets arrived covered in fluff, lint and various dirt, which appears to be interwoven into the blankets. Both blankets also stink very badly, as if they've been used extensively prior to selling.I've washed both, but they are still dirty and stinking, so I'll try a few more washes, but so far I'm incredibly unhappy with this product.
